A must have in your life for indoor or mainly outdoor use.......
I had an out of date unused package. Broke it open and tried the items on myself. All parts look really good quality. EVERYONE should have this simple kit nearby at all times. This is not for simple booboos requiring a band-aid, you can pack those elsewhere. Remember, a person cut or shot in a major vein, can "bleed out" and die in less than three minutes. This is for more severe trauma requiring severe bleeding stoppage. Buy it....

Great all in one compact IFAK from NAR!
I ordered this originally to split these items between 2 IFAK’s I already have been building but when I received it and saw it was vacuumed sealed and compact I decided to keep it as is. You can easily fit this into a BDU pocket or a small / medium Molle type of pouch on your gear, in a backpack etc. The only thing you still need is a CAT Tourniquet. They make packs similar that includes but it’s a bit bulkier. For only $24 this was a good deal. A CAT will run you about $30 and if you can afford to buy a second I would. 2 is one and 1 is none. NAR is the best and only source I go to for stop the bleed products.

nearly all you need for a good price.
I bought this med kit to set up an IFAK for range use and to be kept in the car as I travel armed in my vehicle just in case of emergency whether self defense or car accident

Just used it.
I just stopped a bleed with this aid kit 3 hours ago.The guy lost the interior face of his left ankle in a typical South American bike accident. Lots of blood. Add it a TQ and it’ll a quite good basic trauma kit. Don’t forget to get some psychological care after using it.
