Disappointed In The Assembly QC
The pouch would have been a clear 5-star winner had attention been paid to assembly.Yes, the pouch is a tight fit for the tourniquet, but it does work. So far so good. My issue is the connection straps on the back side. There are two methods of securing this pouch. First, there are two straps with snaps that allow for a non-Molle method (to backpack or belt, etc.). The top strap snap button was attached in the wrong place so that it makes for a loose attachment. The second method is via MOLLE. In this case, the MOLLE snap at the bottom was not sewn along the centerline of the pouch but off to the side. Again, this causes the attachment to be awkward and difficult. (Hard to explain and hard to show in a single photo; bottom line, it's a horrible bit of assembly.I will look elsewhere for a carrier for the tourniquet. Probably won't have the "cool" TQ tag, but I bet it will be assembled better than the carrier I received.2 stars. Nice idea, very poorly executed.

Good enough, well made, but could be better
This CAT carrier is well made and fits the Gen 7 model which is a bit longer than prior tourniquets. The fabrication is just a tad sloppy with seams misaligned, but tightly woven. I think it will hold up to field use without difficulty. The backing panel is a bit oversized. But my biggest gripe is the lack of a Velcro or snap closure on the cover. It has a pull tang that sticks out from the top and will almost certainly snag on things. Since the top is held closed only by elastic tension and it gets hot out there in the field, you should plan on this carrier popping open and needing to be reset. When you’re in a sticky situation, you don’t want to be thinking about whether or not your tourniquet carrier is secure. So, do I recommend it? Not really. There’s some quick release MOLLE pouches out there that will hold CATs and an Israeli Bandage. Those are probably your better options.

Poor Quality Control
As others have said, there is poor quality control, and the straps are goofy. You can see how the stitching around the straps is very different between the two units I purchased.For how I wanted to mount these onto the Molle straps of a pouch, I didn't need the two horizonal straps, so I simply cut them off. They were too bulky and in the way.For a product from NAR, I'm surprised of the poor quality control.
