Great Option For Migraine Help
One day at work when pressing a cold can of soda to my head for some sort of relief I decided to buy these and I'm glad that I did. I now keep these in my desk at work as an emergency option. I have a cooling cap at home but wanted something a little more inconspicuous when I'm working at my computer (I don't go into guest facing area when I have it on or if I have walk the floors I am able to peel it off and reapply without much issue) I tried it at home first to make sure I didn't have a reaction or to see if it left a mark on my forehead (it didn't) and I was shocked at how long it stayed in place and cool. They are a great option for those who don't always respond to medication or need a little more help. It is thankfully scent free, I notice that a lot of these type of treatment have a minty smell and mint is actually a trigger for me. They are easy on and easy off (significantly easier than a band-aid), work fast, and work for a long time. Worth it.

Each patch is hit or miss, but the hits are huge hits
I've been using these for years, and I have it on a 2-week autodelivery. I have chronic migraines, sometimes daily. They're medication-resistant, so all I can really do is wait for them to dissipate on their own. The goal is to keep me as comfortable as possible and take the edge of the pain in any way I can. These are a huge part of my migraine "routine". Each pack comes with 4 patches, and unfortunately whether or not each individual patch works is a tossup. I haven't figured out why, but it's always been this way. Sometimes the patches do not stick at all. Sometimes the patch is defective and never gets cool. I don't mean that "sometimes they don't help my headache" - I mean literally sometimes they do not work. Whatever ingredients are in them to make them sticky and cold do not always activate. I can tell immediately and when I find one that's a dud, I toss it and try another. When they do work, they're a miracle and it's why I continue to buy them even with the occasional dud. They last a couple of hours (package says 12, that is definitely NOT the case, I would say more than 4, maybe 5-6 if you're lucky). If you misplace on you can readjust it and it doesn't usually give you a hard time. The cold sensation on my head is a huge relief and I like that I can consistently use these, which obviously you can't do with actual meds. If you suffer from migraines or even just an occasional headache, I highly recommend keeping a pack of these in your first aid kit...but maybe keep 2 jut in case you get duds.

so helpful for the migraine girls
i’ve been a migraine girly for years and have really struggled to keep them at bay. this product is so helpful! it’s basically an ice pack in a bandaid. it’s a little shorter than the length of my forehead so it’s not huge. doesn’t smell and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. these patches allowed me to continue to go about my work day while getting relief. so thankful!!

Works surprisingly well
I get regular tension headaches and occasional (thankfully only occasional) migraines. I also have a generous handful of headache cooling thingys that start out in the fridge. Btw, if you go that route allow me to suggest the clay ones. I really wanted something that lasted longer than the 20-30 minutes from my fridge friends. When I saw this with its claim of 12 hours and its price for a 4-pack, I abused my powers of Amazon Prime and tried it. In my haste of 12 hr dreams I didn't even read too much into how these self sticking patches go about this miracle so when they arrived and I opened up the package I wasn't prepared for the odor that greeted me. Smells and I don't get along. We are especially contentious when I have one of my headaches so I was dubious on if the patches would work for me. Being me and completely stubborn, I tried them anyway. Cue my enthusiastic girly claps. These really do last a loooong time. I don't know about 12 hours, I didn't especially pay that close of attention, but they left my fridge friends in the dust. The self sticking is a wonderful bonus with my big noggin not liking the bands cinched around it, especially at headache time. A quick word about the sticking though, leave it alone. Stick it in the right spot the first time and you'll be happier. Peeling off to reposition can only be done once or twice at the most. As for the smell? Well I'm happy to report that even with the proximity of my nose to my forehead I don't smell anything. Halle-frickin-lujah! I was worried. If you can't guess by my overly long review for this simple product, I completely recommend them. My fridge friends still have their place, as I'm not sticking these over my eyes and what not but the patches are my go to for my headaches now.

So-so
Meh. Wish they worked better, but they do offer a smidgen of relief for me. Might work better for others.

Headache relief
I often get tension and sinus pressure headaches and sometimes medicine alone doesn’t help so decided to try these. While they do work great, I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with one on as they don’t always stick so well so might not stay put while tossing/turning. They are easy to put on and take off, and I appreciate that they aren’t sticky or leave behind any residue.

Must buy!
As someone who is on medication for their migraines, I cannot say enough good things about this product. This is a reorder for me. No smell and the cooling action is impeccable. Using it in conjunction with my medication seems to be the only way I can get a really bad migraine to go away now. Covers my whole forehead, doesn't cause any irritation or clog my pores. And I can leave this on over night and it actually still feels cold if I wake up to use the BR in the middle of the night. This is a win!!!

Snake Oil
Another migraine snake oil product!!!!? Does a superb job of cooling one's forehead for about 20-30 minutes and that's it. No other migraine relief noted
