These two "Goson Kitchen Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Metal Wire Cooling, Cooking, Baking Rack For Baking Sheets" work very well. I purchased them in April of 2022 and they have held up under some rigorous use. I make a lot of bone broth(s) and usually lightly roast the bones at temps up to 425°. The grid and the solder points have prevailed nicely. To clean I simply invert them in the baking sheet and put water in to cover. In no time at all they are good as new. I purchased set(s) both of my sons' kitchens. These cooling, baking and cooking racks have proven themselves time after time.

I am sure the actual quality of these drip screens is fine ...BUT .....they just DO NOT fit the Vollrath Wear Ever 1/4 size sheet pan(5220).....simply TOO SMALL........even though this is the item that was actually recommended you buy with it from Amazon......... on my 1/2 size Vollrath sheet pan(5314) the wire rack (CIA23304 on Amazon) fits PERFECTLY right flush to the edges of the pan, utilizing the WHOLE PAN....whereas this drip screen is a full inch and a half from either side of the sheet pan, WASTING a LOT of the pan........ this product, seemingly, would be a lot better if it fit perfectly the pan(5220)) it is recommended with...... Feb 5th 2015 update...have now used the screens a couple of months now.....I have upgraded these cooling screens from a one star to a four star because they really do do the job and DO fit the wearever 1/2 pan(both screens will fit inside a vollrath half size sheet pan) And so in hindsight....... I have still gotten a good value from these two cooling racks, even though they dont work exactly as I had intended, and they are fairly easy to clean and maintain.....

Great for baking cookies or dessert and need them to cool. I have also used these in a roasting pan to elevate what you are cooking, so I find them multi-purpose. You could also use them as a trivet as they are small enough. Great value for all the purposes I use them and they are easy to store.

These roasting/cooling racks are the perfect size for the little replacement pans I ordered for my toaster oven. Found them after I ordered ones that are too large. They seem very sturdy and well made.

These are not large, potential purchasers need to review the size! I love them, if I am cooking for myself they fit perfectly into my drip pan of my toaster oven so I dont have to heat up my regular oven. I use them to get the meat off the bottom of the pan so my pork or beef can drip the fat away from the meat, using them this way also allows the heat to get under the meat, cooking it more evenly and faster.. When I am cooking for more than myself I put both of them on a cookie sheet with a rim to let the fat cook away. Excellent for chicken or even baked fish! Hard to find size, and perfect for what I use them for! Love them and happy I could find the smaller size!

I bought these to use on my grill. They were great for keeping things off the hot grill and yet maintaining warmth or even slow cooking the items on my grill. They clean up very well and easily . These are a great kitchen/grilling addition and are of high-quality construction.

I use cooling racks in the oven when cooking foods where I want surround air circulation but do not want food sitting on a hot flat surface, such as a baking sheet. This fits perfectly into a small parchment lined Chicago Metallic Jelly Roll pan. I use this when finishing fillet's (beef, fish, pork, etc.) in the oven using the low and slow method, or doing specialty vegetable preparations. I have even used these cooking Turkey parts when the whole bird was not required. They clean well and are very durable. Update 1-6-16: I have downgraded my rating to 3 stars from an original 5 stars. Originally purchased 7-8-15, over time two things have occurred. First, the welds (where the top wire grid mates to the frame) have been releasing. Second, the frame itself (but not the wire grid) is rusting. These claim to be dishwasher safe, but after six months of use I don't believe that to be the case. Something in 18/8 stainless steel would be better.

IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE I ORDERED THE SMALLER ONE. I TRIED TO RETURN IT BUT IT WAS GOING TO COST ME $25 TO RETURN SO I JUST LEAVE IT IN ITS BOX UNUSED. THE 8 INCH VERSION IS OK BUT ONE OF THE STANDS BROKE OFF THE BOTTOM OF ONE PIECE. I STILL USE IT THOUGH. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LARGE ONE AS IT'S USELESS IT DOESN'T FIT IN MY OVEN/MICROWAVE COMBO.
