It is the first exercise program I can't wait to do each day. I am taking pilates in the studio and this provides me a cheaper option than a reformer to continue with my practice on the days I am not in the studio. Since each limb has it's own spring, I feel like my weaker side is working harder which I love! I did have to buy easier springs but I don't mind. Best money I have ever spent on exercise equipment.
