Love this Chair
Hard to buy a chair online but this one is a winner. Very comfortable both upright and reclined. Highly recommend.Edit: Bought a second one for my wife.

Comfort and construction
I don't know who was complaining about padding for this chair but it's really comfortable. I like the stiffer cushion.I have had it a month and it is a really well built product. I may buy more for my office friends.

On a budget? Need a chair? Buy this one!!
Fast and easy to set up. Head cushion isn’t the best it’s similar to a head rest in a vehicle in other words it’s not the softest but beats not having a head rest. Lumbar pillow could be better. For people on a budget this a great contender just make sure you’re not buying the office version. Things I’d change would definitely be better headrest material or a little more cushion and maybe a better lumbar pillow.

Absolute Garbage.
The comfort in the beginning wasnt bad at all, but overtime it got worse. The main mesh fabric started to stretch too much on the hips causing my lower back to dig into the lumbar support, then the tilt tension broke, and the chair will lean back all the way with the slightest input, and the cheap metal the seat is connected to is wearing out causing it to lean back even when locked (I am not the biggest of people either I am only 200lb 5'11"). With the whole leaning mechanism broken I have to either hunch over lean back and crank my neck. The next issue is the cylinder wore out within 6 month of use. So I had to measure the height of the chair when sitting in it and cut a piece of pvc pipe so it doesnt lower itself ever time I sit in it. The bolt all came loose and start stripping the cheap plastic threads, and cause the chair to creak very loudly every time I move in it.The only two things this chair has for it, is the metal bass plate, and the seat padding. Though I wouldnt doubt the padding will start fading over time; thats if the rest of the chair doesnt disintegrate first. My recommendation is either shop at a regular brick and mortar store and test the chairs that have been abused by other customers or purchase chairs that are currently or originally listed retail price in the $300+ range, and also avoid plastic bass plates. You'll get your moneys worth instead of spending a hundred only to have it break within 6 month to a year.
