I have been using this for a while. I think it's been exactly 2 years now. I just decided to write a review about this.Noice cancellation Mic: when you are Bluetooth connected to your phone the noise canceling is not same as the one with the usb dongle. I work in an office environment and join Teams meetings a lot. Everybody has their own pace in the office and when you are in meetings other attendees will hear your office conversations or noises in normal circumstances. Since I bought this headset, it completely blocks all the other noises except your voice. I also do prototype reviews on production floor and I have to go out with my phone and attend video reviews thru my phone. As I mentioned from beginning, the cancellation is not the same but it reduces down significantly that people can hear you no problem meanwhile you have banging, forklift honks in the background.Sound performance: I saw couple reviews here mentioning about sound quality. I have Bose headphone and headset. Just to mention what I am comparing with. The music quality is good enough for me and I don't see much difference between Bose and this one. I get good beats on these headset and really happy about it but keep in mind this is for work. I got this headset just for good noise cancelling with good battery life.I also video game with this too. My cousins were complaining about the background noise since I live in 1 bedroom condo and when my wife watching tv in living room and I am playing video game in Den, it's impossible not to have noise interference. I started using this headset on my discord and they hear nothing. I go to washroom, flush the toilet and come back. They don't even notice. I could probably mute myself but just to show the level of noise cancelling. The only issue with gaming, probably this is related with my gaming computer too, windows kind of detects that mic is always on and it messes up the sound that comes to the headset. Again this is probably related with my gaming PC.Battery Life: charging dock is amazing and looks really cool. Battery life is long enough that you can use all day and still have battery left. I have times that I work more than 8 hours a day and battery still last for the day and also you can use it on the next day. If I don't actively use it and just use it from meetings to meetings, it will last for a week or more. You will forget charging it lol.The only issue they haven't fixed this yet, when you connect your both computer and phone at some point, when you receive a call from computer, you can't hear and they can't hear you. I end up turning off and turning back on to do that.I made it work with PS5 too with usb dongle of course but it doesn't work well.

Hubby's employment sent him a headset to use @home and he doesnt like them. Too much background noise and they make his head hurt by end of day. He bought these originally for gaming but swapped them for his home office. Noise cancelling so I can vacuum and he/calls dont hear the noise. Can be worn for 12 hr work day and no headache!

Very soft very comfortable very easy to wear for long workdays. Very good at noise cancellation, or the hear through feature if I need to hear the people in the room while I’m on the phone is white magic and the sound quality of the voice makes it possible for me to hear just about anybody on the other end of the phone which was not possible with other headsets I love this product and highly highly highly recommend itsincerelyAlan Cronin
