I bought this watch and I have received the empty box, no clock inside the box ... How to solve this problem?

You would have to contact Amazon. Since it is Amazon fulfilled they can help you completely. I personally would do the calling option, they are more helpful that way. I have never had a bad experience with amazons customer service.

How do I know this is original?

Yes. This is an Emporio Armani watch sold directly from the manufacturer.

This watch does not glow or light-up feature.

I have no way of being completely sure, but I believe that it is. It doesn't come with a certificate, but it has an owners manual as well as the original packaging. It's beautiful and flawless from what I can tell.
