Very good - but maybe just not best for me
Virtual workplace and I use this headset for company internal meetings 3 - 4 times a week. The sound quality is excellent for both mic and speakers. I found them a bit tight on my ears at first but you can gently stretch them out and they now fit more comfortably. The noise cancelling feature certainly works well but for me it creates an uncomfortable feeling of pressure after about 10 minutes, as though I have a head cold. I can resolve most of this discomfort by moving one earpiece half off my ear allowing some environment noise in. A bit of research on noise cancelling headphones and discomfort tells me I am not alone and that this issue is not specific to this product. I have a set of Bose noise cancelling headphones that I use for listening to music and the problem is not nearly as noticeable - so it either has to do with the differences in the noise cancelling technologies or the fact that speaking makes a difference. So - very good headset - think about whether noise cancelling is for you.

Great Headset.!! Excellent Customer Service!!
Great headset.!! Excellent Customer Service!! When I received my first order I was completely thrilled! It worked with Dragon (my primary reason for purchasing it) it worked with Cortana and it even worked with MS speech recognition (it didn't keep saying "what was that"). The headset worked with my laptop and my desktop computers. Then after 59 days of happy use the headset broke. I called customer service, by the time the conversation ended they had already emailed me a postage paid return label. Within an hour I received a tracking email to track the new headset that they shipped. I received the new headset within two days and they are working as well as the first set. What I really like about them is the noise canceling ability. I can now talk to Dragon with my air filter on, which is very loud, and with the television on (as I'm doing right now) with no interference. If they could only come up with a wireless headset with the same qualities and long-lasting battery that would be perfection. It also worked with Google hangouts! I could hear the person on the other end clearly and they could hear me just as well. I was surprised at how well they played stereo music, which I consider a bonus while using my laptop. Overall I'm very pleased with the headset and I would recommend it to others looking for a wired Bluetooth headset.

Best headset I have owned
My collegues report that I am coming through really clear with no background noise. The mic cover keeps you from having the noise when speaking but let's you come through really clear. I also have a hard time hearing and this headset has really great volume and a lot of volume control. I love the in line mute button and the fact that it has a red light so you know you are on mute. it is very adjustable and comfortable. The only drawback was the lapel clip is not that great. It kept coming unclipped from the cord. I had a clip from an old headset that I liked so I traded it out. Overall though, I just really love this headset. I would definitely buy it again.

Best noise canceling headset
I bought few headset under $50 to use in a very noisy environment of a coffee shop.I work remotely and it was a pain in the neck to have calls with the built-in mic I had.So I decided to give a shot to 4 models:- Executive Pro Overture Premium Binaural Noise-Canceling Corded USB Headset- Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 Headset (JUG-00013)- Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000 for Business- Logitech ClearChat Comfort/USB Headset H390, Noise Cancelling Microphone, Headphones for Computer (Black)I tested them out when talking on Skype from a well-known coffee shop sitting close to a speaker playing music. My expectation was, that only my voice would be heard with minimum noise from other people or from music playing around. The "Executive Pro Overture" was the best headset, which could deliver on that expectation. Sometimes loud noises from steaming milk or loud hits were heard on the other side. These noises, however, sounded far away and didn't feel disturbing. Both Microsoft headsets showed a very similar quality. They were worse than the Executive, but still delivered enough noise cancellation. Unfortunately, people on the other side could hear that I was in a noisy place. They could hear there was a chatter in the background and also noises from all the coffee making. However, all the noises were far away and didn't disturb too much.Logitech didn't deliver at all. It seems, there is no noise cancellation whatsoever. ALL noises were heard clearly and loudly.Result: I chose "Executive Pro Overture" and now I can happily chat even from crowded places.

Expected More
I work remotely, these are sort of ok for this purpose. But at the $60+ price point I expected it to be able to have return audio not only to hear others during virtual meetings (this works fine) but to hear my own audio as well. It's jarring to not hear my own voice in the phones and just have to assume it sounds ok to others in the meeting. I'm not sure if these are broken? Or they are just that limited. Buying beware if you're looking for fully functioning audio return.I'm thinking of getting rid of these. I have a small home recording studio, so thinking of just using a vocal mic and professional audio headphones instead, even though I prefer to have similar audio quality with just a one-piece headset. If anyone reading this has suggestions of headsets under $100 that can both send and receive vocal audio, I'd love to hear what you're using!

Not worth the price.
I was planning to replace my old logitech H340 with it, but the mic is worse, the sound quality is worse, and it is INSANELY uncomfortable to wear. The only thing it has over the H340 is the mic position flexibility.
