These collars are great and were very easy to set up and get ready. There are 3 modes: sound, vibration, and shock. I got them so I could teach my two dogs to stay in the yard when we go outside and they have worked fantastically. It's only been a week and I don't even have to worry about one of my dogs anymore. My older dog is more persistent and I do have to remind him every now and then that he's getting too close to the road, but just using the vibration mode is usually enough to turn him around. The only thing I would change is the collars die quickly. I charged them completely and put them on my dogs around 7-8 pm and they were completely dead the next morning, but since I really only need them for when I take the dogs out to potty, it's not a huge deal. I do recommend them and they are more than worth their price.

Works really well when they stay turned on. The collars turn off on their own and have to be taken off and reset in order for them to work again. I would not recommend them to others.

Pros:**Good price;**lots of settings and options (vibrate and shock levels can be individually set from 0-100; sound and light have a single setting);**remote has a pocket clip;**range seems to be working well on our 5-acre property -- stilll trialing settings**shipped quickly (arrived ahead of schedule) in excellent condition with courteous follow up from vendor.Cons:**A little light-weight and rattley (hoping it holds up longer than the last product we used, Dog Widget which lasted less than 2 years);**Remote is hard to read | less intuitive than what we previously had, so it's taking some getting used to. 2 examples: you hit mode to wakeup the remote, but this could also change setting from vibrate to shock if it was already awake. The buttons are all black with black symbols, and there are 4 of them, so it requires me to be more actively attentive when operating the remote than the last product we used - which can be a challenge if our dog is doing something dangerous (running to the road and barking and chasing passers-by are our primary issue).**Remote requires charging rather than battery replacement (so we'll figure out approx how long the charge lasts and know when to put it on the charger overnight, we're still on the first charge after about a week);**Collars are shiny vinyl strips with non-safety release buckle, so we do not use the collars that came with -- fortunately the devices fit our collars from previous product.

Total disappointment!This box came unsealed, unwrapped almost like it had been returned- I should have known then!I followed the directions for charging the product. I could n't wait to try it as my 2 7 month old golden retrievers love to dig in my garden , and have ruined bushed by digging them up ( little by little) and chomping on branches! Sweet as could be- but double trouble !Anyway I tried the test after programming the channel - one receiver never beeped lie it said it would when it was programmed no matter how many times I did it! But it didn't matter neither of them worked.Very disappointed, as I had this week off , and really wanted to work with them on the finer points of behavior.Now I need to figure out how to return !!Never had to do this before with anything I ordered! Just disgusted that there are all positive reviews! No one else had this problem?

First of all I was very impressed with how quickly I received the collars. I was able to program them both very quickly and I love the fact they are rechargeable. I have only put one on the bigger dog today as he is used to having the wireless fence for several years. The smaller dog will get hers put on tomorrow. She is a 1 year old 10 lb yorkiepoo, She has recently started taking off and i end up chasing her all over the neighborhood. I am only going to use noise and vibration to control them and as a last resort a very mild shock. (that is for when she runs out in the road)The quality of the product is very well made and I love the adjustable collar which is vinyl and I can wash it. They came with a bonus clicker, which I would like to use to train them in an agility course. I'll post results after I have used the product for a few days, but I don't believe I will have any difficulty. I recommend these for all dogs that are dog or people aggressive and or run off or as mine started doing lately, charging people next door or others walking down the street. He is not vicious, but he scares people. I also like to walk them off lease, I am sure this will come in handy for that as well.

I LOVE these trainer collars, I used them a lot when I first got them. BUT then we forgot to take them off of one of my dogs one night and it created a huge indentation and a little injury to his neck. I took them off immediately and let him rest for 3-4 days. One of the two collars stopped working after 2 weeks and the remote stopped working the week after. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement of both the following week, so that was good. One of my dogs is very stubborn and the other one is very quiet and shy, but follows the other dog when running around the yard and into our neighbors yard. I have used the collars to stop them from running off and teaching them new things, but have only used the vibration and beeping mode. I used the static mode once and I felt like it was too much (at 2) and never used it again. Overall, for the price it’s a good product. I would have given a 5 if it wasn’t for the issue with the collar and remote issues.

The instruction that came with the unit were unclear but I was sent a different set that worked fine. Unfortunately I could not control this dog and I ended up returning her for more training through the vet clinic where I got her. This was MY fault NOT the dogs or the collar which worked quite well.
