This is so sleek, i love how it feels on my hand. And most importantly it works perfect. I was using a Targus brand for my iPad before i discovered this brand, the difference is so noticeable. With this brand or model, when I’m doing a presentation on my iPad it goes at a pace i want. Unlike the other brand of presentation pointers that goes too fast. This is highly recommended. Oh, one more thing, being that it is Bluetooth and you don’t need to plug nothing on your computer or device, you are not just saving money buying batteries you are as well enjoying convenience.

Intuitive and easy to setup and use. The remote works perfect for my apple device to remotely control my sons phone I use with youtube as a sound machine. This allows me to remotely play/pause and raise or lower the volume.It would however be a nice feature to have a sleep function so the power button is not needed allowing to press the button of the remote to wake it up.The remote feels solid and well built, and I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a remote for an apple device such as an ipad or iphone!

This remote is like an Apple device in design and most buttons on it do as described. But some buttons might not work on work laptops or laptops with limited functionality (like Siri is disabled). Also I wish it was programmable. I tested with iPad and not all buttons work as intended. Overall it can be a useful device depending on the use case.

Works well. Very soft and sensitive touch so you must be careful not to accidentally push a button while using it for a presentation or anything. All in all, it works great.

Bought this primarily to use with 2022 iPad Pro M2 12.9 to control media playback from across the room. It works very poorly. I am running 16.3 on iPad and even tested on 2023 MacBook Pro running Ventura. Neither worked as advertised. Volume, Mute worked, but rewind/FF play pause did not. Worked differently in different apps. Putting the remote in presentation mode made rewind/FF work in some. Rewind/FF in multimedia mode never worked and if you were lucky it make simply skip to beginning or end not rewind/FF.I tested YouTube app (and in browser), Paramont +, Netflix and Prime as well as VLC with my own videos. Totally mixed and none worked properly with all functions.If you want to be frustrated this remote is for you. I was hoping this would work, but doesn’t. I do not even see a way of updating firmware on the remote to fix issues. So I am returning it. Shame.Not sure what else is available.

This remote works as intended and feels like I could chuck it across the room and not damage it. Definitely Recommended

Bought this about 2 years ago. Solid and physically feels good to hold in your hand, good small size. As a few others have said, switching between modes is sometimes required which is annoying. Like for podcasts, volume and advance 10 seconds is in the same mode, but while using youtube or netflix, it will skip to the next episode instead etc. The most annoying bug is about a year into owning this, it will unpair itself over night and I have to forget device and repair before it connects again.Update - after 3 years of owning it, it died. Just stopped working. No drops or spills either, it stayed on my nightstand.

Pros: great build quality, tactile buttons, easy to navigate buttonsCons: this does not fully work with Keynote, which is why I bought itFeedback to Satechi: please modify product descriptions to say "limited" Keynote functionality. This remote could only change the volume, but couldn't start/stop slides, the 'Home' button didn't do anything, nor did any of the other buttons.
