Q: I just ordered the rosemary lemon body wash and received it. it is so thin just like water, should it be that way???? there is no thickness.

That is how thus brand is. I really hated it for a long time, but I am used to it now. Tolerated it in the beginning, since my skin has been so much better

It could be defective. It has been a long time since we purchased this because we don’t like the new scent, but it used to be what one would consider a normal soap consistency. You might want to contact the Burt’s Bees.

Q: Is the fragrance natural?

Yes it is. Made out of natural essential oils.

Q: So, does it actually smell like honey? Lavander is all well and good, but... I'd like to smell like honey!

It doesn’t quite smell like honey, but it’s really lovely.
