I can't remember... Over 6 months for sure. You don't need much. Its potent. I've used it for years

These are the ingredients, it will have a peppermint-herbal flavor: Calcium carbonate (natural chalk), sea salt, mustard seed powder, essential oils of peppermint, eucalyptus, clove, wintergreen, and oregano.

Q: How do you use the tooth powder? Do you wet the tooth brush and just sprinkle the powder on it? How much do you need to use each time you brush?

I pour the entire contents of the bottle into a small, wide mouth, clear jar. Then when it's time to brush, I dampen my toothbrush and touch the bristles into the powder to load the toothbrush. I find that doing it this way is the most economical way. Been using this tooth powder for a couple of years now and LOVE it.
