does this white glue dry clear

Shelia, These Glues come in different colors. I will honestly tell you no it will not dry clear it is a White color. There is a a clear one in that same brand Eclectic Products 237032 2OZ E-6000 Craft Adhesive. Hope this information helps. Valucrafts

Will this permanently bond velcro strips to fabric?

I know it bonded my leather shoe to a rubber heal And still holding strong. And I did quite a bit of walking and it hasn't came loose. I used clamps to hold it tight It's important to maybe get 2 rulers or wood or something and put the fabric in between and clamp it down. That's the key for this product . And it is strong

How well does this work on foam, such as a couch cushion?

Haven’t tried it on anything cloth, I only know it was too runny and not appropriate for paper products which really surprised me.
