Stop Killing your Strength and Size Gains with Standard Barbells and Dumbbells Did you know that old school powerlifters, professional weightlifters, bodybuilders and pro athletes are all training with handle diameters of 2 to 3 inches thick? One reason your gym only has 1 inch bars and dumbbells is because they are way cheaper to buy. However, using fat grips and bars build much more strength and size than regular bars. Unleash Levels of Power You’ve Never Experienced Before Brooks Kubik, multiple world record holder says: “Using a thick handled bar is one of the very best things you can do to develop maximum muscular size and strength. Thick bar work develops levels of upper body power virtually incomprehensible to those who train only with regular bars” How it Works Thick bars stimulate much more muscle fibers in the hands, forearms, upper arms and whole upper body. How? By the principle of irradiation: “A muscle contracting at its maximum capacity will recruit the neighboring muscle to support its action.” Using a fatter grip forces your hands and forearms to maximally contract automatically recruiting the surrounding muscles (upper arms, upper body).” Some of the Benefits You Get: 1. Recruit More Muscle Fibers in the Upper Body 2. Increase Finger, Hand, Forearms and Arms Strength and Size 3. Less Imbalances and Injuries 4. Natural Movement The Bottom Line Basically, using a thick bar is the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to add muscle and strength to your upper body. If you've never trained with thick bars before, start with the Alpha Grips 2.0. Get a pair today and don’t let regular size bars rob you of any more gains.

FORGED IN MAGMA
Wife and I had some great laughs waiting for the "Iron Bull Strength Alpha Grips 2.0 Extreme Arm Blaster" to arrive in the mail. The box says: "UNLEASH LEVELS OF UPPER BODY POWER YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE." And has a picture of some insanely jacked dude doing bicep curls in what looks to be the inside of a volcano. A totally normal place for a gym. These grips were clearly forged in magma.Product is overpriced. You would expect this sort of thing to cost $5-$10. Does not wrap all the way around bar so there is a gap you feel when you grip it. Does not slip and I like the rounded shape. The seams were not molded cleanly and there is frayed flange material. I think my pair was not a good pour into the mold. Does not affect usefulness of product though but for the price it's not something you would expect. Maybe the magma was too hot? Gives off a nasty smell. Volcanic gasses? When I first tried the product on bicep curls I didn't think it was all that hard but when I switched to 1 arm dumbell rows it got a lot harder. Feeling more like an iron bull every day. The product itself earned less but 4 stars because the product name and packaging are hilarious.

Elbow wrist and shoulder relief
As someone who is a lifelong lifter- after 45 years of lifting my joints are "not what they once were. I just had surgery on my elbow to clear bone spurs and other issues. While the muscle strength is still there the joints are the weak link. That is the beauty of these grips. They force you to use lower weights and at the same time provide less kinetic forces on the joints/connective tissues. I am not a kenesiologist so I don't know why a more open grip is less stressful on joints- but trust me it is. I am feeling muscles I didnt know I had with these and the benefit to forearms is evident. I started with the 2.0 set and recently added the 2.5s. They each have specific exercises that I use them on. I question the pricing which I think is somewhat high but they are quality made- I just wonder how many bar spreads they last before material failure. All in all a 5 star rate for the benefit they provide in allowing relief to my stressed joints.

Trigger Finger
After working with my hands for over 30 years I never had a problem as a construction worker. all of as sudden the palm of my hand started hurting, I developed a nodule. The orthopedic surgeon said I needed a small surgery to take care of the problem. I found it odd that it started 3-4 months after I started using this product daily. Its causing an inflamation in my hand maybe because its too thick or the rubber is super hard and rigid. I stopped using it and went back to using gloves with cut-off tips. After a few days I started to see the difference. I wuould not ever use these again or recomend them to anyone. There has never been a recomendation for arm growth by usiong wider grips this is just gossip generated by the manucfacturing company. In the Arnold weightlifting books on the market or M. Mentzer, Platz, Oliva, Columbo; no one ever sugested using a thicker grip for arm growth. This is total advertising nonsense. If your palm is sore its because it has inflamation caused by these grips. stop using these, use gloves or a simple square sponge folded over the bar, and the inflamation will go away in a short time.

Awesome Gripper for Beginners, Better than Competitors
These are awesome, they are their smallest ones but they still make any exercise challenging. Definitely recommend for beginners, or those that haven’t done much grip training. This is an awesome product. I love them so much I bought all 3 sizes. They are well built and do the job. I have both Fat Gripz sizes at my gym, but I prefer these over them. They have a curved fit which fits the hands better, and they are slightly shorter to fit inside all dumbbells. Definitely a game changer, and will help you take your training to the next level. This will make any dumbell feel heavier, and is great for carries, holds, barbells, pull ups, dips, etc.

MORE AMAZING THAN I FIRST THOUGHT
I have two sizes of Iron Bull TGrips the 2.5 and these 2.0s , two pairs of Manus Grip and one pair of Fat Gripz. What I like best about the Iron Bull TGrips is the way they stay securely on one of my two sets of assembly style dumbbells with out slipping or spinning. Much as I love my Manus Grips that stay snug on my old dumbbells, they just don't stay in place on my new dumbbells. If you have solid dumbbells, the handles have to be at least 4 and 3/4 inches in length or they won't fit. I know Fat Gripz gets all the attention all over the internet and they got more reviews here on Amazon than all the reviews of all the Iron Bulls, Manus Grip, and Grip4orce combined, and I'm not knocking Fat Gripz. I think they have a quality product that delivers promised results, but I just happen to know that Iron Bull TGrips are better for me.

Just what it says on the tin
My forearms haven't been this sore since the first time I saw late night cable TV when I was twelve. Great fit on the equipment at my gym (twin tea for our fitness), easy to remove and put on. Would recommend with no caveats.

Supreme muscle contraction!!!
Well these made me very happy after the first use. One of my gym buddies brought it to the gym, and offered me to try it. Needless to say it went quite well, and subsequently I brought myself a pair. I am an college athlete(football) and from day 1 this makes such a difference in my workouts. I feel the "pump" instantly and it definitely targets the specific intended muscle group as advertised. This is the ultimate workout addition for me. I am not a fan of gloves and thus I have a callus filled hands, but this is the exception. Though these are not gloves obviously it serves a similar purpose, and in addition it taxes the forearm muscle. A must have for improving in the gym.

Great forearm torture within your workouts
These are of much better build quality than others I tried and tested. They look great and for someone that's never used grips like these they do add to your workout. First time I used them after a set of 7 standing biceps curls I felt my forearms on fire. Certainly makes your workouts a bit harder. They come with a lifetime warranty and having used other iron bull products I can certainly say they make quality stuff! I would recommend these with no issues. I do believe though they are overpriced.. only negative I can state.

A GYM MUST HAVE!!
I don't usually write reviews, but these work!! I noticed a difference when curling with these on the dumbbells! I can really feel my forearms working overtime. Love it!! May have to buy a couple more sets so I don't have to switch them over to the other handles as often.

Get the real ones not this.
Not as good as the true fat gripz. Shape is high in the middle and low on each end as opposed to a regular flat bar. Don't like the feel in the hand.

Pour petites prises seulement.
Un bon produit pour les Dumbbells à petites prises. Malheureusement ne fonctionne pas sur les Dumbbells ajustables de types Bowflex.
