My husband likes collecting tactical tools like knives and this is a good quality one to add to his collection. The handle of the knife has a camo print. When folded the knife is around 4.75 inches and the blade itself is 3 inches. One thing I wish was that I received it in the packaging shown, mine just came in a small cardboard box. Would have looked nicer since I gave it to my husband as a gift. But overall it's a good quality hunting knife and I would recommend. (I received this at a discount for my honest review)

I like how it fits in my hand!
I have an affliction to purchasing knives. I liked the look of this 3Oaks Brand Folding Knife, so I placed ustmy order. I like the black oxide coated stainless steel blade. It is hollow ground with a good sharp edge right out of the package. The blade is made in China and has the Jabe's Cutlery and Blacktail Logos stamped into it. This locking blade is about 3-1/4” long. The blade is j under 1/8” thick at its widest point. Overall when opened, it is about 7-3/4” long. The handle sides appear to be made of a polymer material that has a soft feel to the tough although it is a hard material. I tried scratching the camo finish with the edge of my fingernail, but it didn't make a mark on the finish. The handle is slightly oversized which makes it easy to hold on to. I like that aspect! When the blade is locked, it has a lot of rigidity when I try to flex it side to side. For a fairly inexpensive knife, I am impressed by its build quality and good looks! I will mainly use this knife while on my camping or hunting trips and it will work great. I am very happy with this knife and would recommend it to my friends. This is an awesome quality and a very large knife
This is an awesome quality and a very large knife. The handle material is thick and it gives a good grip in the hand. This may actually be too large for some people. The knife itself is a little rough in its manufacturing, but it is on par with many other Chinese vendor knives I've seen. The blade is sharpened well, but the coating is rough. While it was totally covered, there were nicks and runs that were covered up. Not a big deal in a knife that's going to be abused, but makes me hesitant as to how well the blade was forged. The handle is nice overall, but the design of the liner is odd. The liner metal sticks out about a millimeter from the handle scales, which is an easy way for me to tell I have a good grip, but it makes the overall lines of the knife look off. It's obviously designed this way, and not a bad thing, but it took a little getting used to for me to feel I had it in my hand correctly. The handle scales are made of a slightly grippy material, and they have a good feel. They do make the knife easier to handle and control, and are one of the biggest pluses to the knife. The knife isn't the best in the world, but it is a good compromise between value and cost, and is a knife I wouldn't fear damaging with use. Its utilitarian but still well designed.I was given the opportunity to buy this item at a discount for my honest opinion.
