Great for Post Plastic Surgery Compression
This product has been a life saver for me. I recently had tummy tuck and lipo on several areas of my body at one time. These garments allowed my body to heal as the fajas (NOT THIS PRODUCT) cause major blisters on my hips. As a result of no longer the faja and moving to these compression my body's lymphatic system was able to get the fluid moving throughout my body. Get the whole line-up. Its definitely worth the investment. The Fit matches their size chart. Just be patient when you put them on as compression anything means tight so it will take a bit of effort to get them on. If you are swollen from surgery, plan to get at least 2 different sizes, as you will need to eventually go in size as your swelling goes down. The quality is nice; stretchiness is as expected because it is meant for compression and the color is Black which it was.

Breathable/durable
I have stage 3 lipidema in my arms and my lipidema therapist suggested i get this compression garment so that im able to wear it to work and daily activities without the bulky garments they supply so that im not overwhelmed. 10/10It was hard to get on at first but as soon as i got it on with my husband’s help, it is the comfiest.First time wearing it and i feel support in my arms and they aren't hurting as badly to move around. I have to go 2 sizes up in shirts because of my arms but with this i was able to get a large (usually a 2x) and it fits comfortably. Its just trying to get it on to begin with thats the struggle. It sucked my arms right in, they no longer look absolutely horrendous with these compressions on.They are not warm, im able to feel my ceiling fan on my arms so its very breathable but very durable!! I have tattoos on my arms and you cannot see them through this. I will more than likely be buying another very soon to have an extra on hand! So far its worth the money!

Reptile arms
These sleeves are great for compression and are tight without being too much. Just be weary that these leave impressions on your skin that look like scales. :) they fade over time but something to keep in mind. I used this to sleep and help with lymphedema but could also be perfect for travel and working out activities.

Bought 2! Much better than separate-type sleeves
I bought the black one a few weeks ago since I always have bloating in my armpits and arms (everywhere in my upper body really) due to hypothyroidism and other issues. Minor compared to people who suffer from lymphedema but still noticeable for me. I got liposuction years ago but the arm sleeves I had from back then are loose now. These are awesome, they give the right amount of tight compression without discomfort and feeling like your blood flow is cut off, haha. No issues with digging into the armpit but I do like that due to the shape, it does still compress there, something you can't get from the individual-type arm sleeves that only go up to your upper arm, you know? I loved them so much I bought this beige one. No issues with the back riding up or anything like that.On your first wear, if you find it uncomfortable like the back is pulling on the back of your neck, try flipping it upside down. After the first wear it really doesn't matter which way you wear it as it will stretch a bit (but not get overly loose). I think that's why they don't label which side is up since either it doesn't make a difference after the first wear, or if it does, then which side you prefer to be up may be based on your own body and fit.For reference, I bought a small/medium. My upper arm circumference is about 10". I'm 5'2", weight is about 120 lbs. The size is good for me. Honestly if they ever go on sale I might buy another...

High quality materials but hate the waffle fabric
These work well from the compression standpoint. I would say the product is durable and high quality.I personally cannot stand the “waffle” texture of this fabric. I thought it would be smoother like spandex, but it left itchy dents all over my arms. Had to return.

Best compression sleeves!
I recently had a mini brachioplasty and the wraps with Velcro the Doctor gave me to wrap my arms were terrible. My husband would wrap my arms but they were constantly coming loose and slipping down.So I did some searching and bought some compression sleeves. They did work but again they would slip down when just doing daily routines and sleeping.So..... I did a little more searching and finally found these sleeves that go around your neck. THEY ARE AWESOME!! The full arm compression helps a lot better with pain. They are super easy to put on and they do not slip down. They especially are great at night while sleeping. I don't mind the side that leaves the little indentions on your arms, as it is not uncomfortable. I found there was no chemical smell as others commented and if there is easily solved by washing them.I just had a post op appointment with my doctor and he actually like this compression garment so much that he took down all the info on it so he could buy some for his practice.

STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR
I had heard these smell, but I took a chance and bought it anyway. Came in today opened it up. Smelled it immediately and no smell. But the sleeves right on and they felt incredible. I was so impressed with the pain, relief, and the comfort. After about a half hour then it started. A strong chemical odor started coming out of the sleeves startingTo irritate my nasal passages throat and lungs after a full hour. I smelled the arms one more time and identify the smell. It’s a strong petroleum chemical used in the fabric. I immediately took it off after the hour and put it in warm water switched it around in a bucket change the water. Did it again switched it around after five minutes and then let it soak and fresh water. I don’t know if the smell will ever come out, but if it doesn’t, these are going right back. These are toxic. It’s really a shame since the product itself feels great but the smell and toxicity is bad. It smells like motor oil with fragrance on top of it.

Must have for post op brachioplasty
A friend of mine handed down all of her compression garments after her plastic surgery, knowing I would be undergoing some of the same procedures. Initially, I was skeptical about trying them on since she is a smaller size than me (S/M), while I usually wear a large or extra-large. However, after growing tired of wrapping my arms in bandages with Velcro, I was determined to give the garment a try.Let me tell you—it was a total game changer. The amount of compression it provided, along with how it perfectly compressed even the incisions in my armpit, was invaluable. At first, I wasn't sure if I was wearing it correctly. There was a lot of trial and error; I think the first time I wore it, I had it inside out, with the smooth part on the inside and the side with the raised bumps on the outside. During those crucial weeks 2-4 post-arm lift/brachioplasty, this was very helpful because there was no tugging to get into the sleeves—it slid right into place. The downside of having the smooth side against my skin was that I struggled to move freely in any long-sleeved clothing. Imagine the bumpy side clinging to soft fabrics. This was only temporary because eventually, I got brave enough to wear it with the bumpy side against my skin. Now, depending on how swollen I am, I decide which side will go against my skin. This just goes to show how versatile this garment can be.One thing I will also mention is that if it feels uncomfortable on your shoulders, you probably have it upside down. It took me a while to learn how to wear it correctly since there are no tags on it. I quickly had to do a deep search to find out who made this wonderful garment because, unfortunately, my friend couldn't remember where she got it from. One day, in my Amazon suggestions, I saw compression sleeves from Bioflect. Immediately, due to the scaly-looking pattern, I knew this was it. I purchased it in black so I could have a backup while one was being washed. If you've had brachioplasty, get this!!

Quality as always
Love these Bioflect boleros for my Lipoedema and Lymphoedema. The material is different to the last one I ordered 2 years ago and has a nicer feel to it.
