Tasty and dissolves almost completely in water. I tried a different brand(Key) before this one and about 1/10 of the scoop would be suspended as a sandy material at the bottom and never dissolve.This one dissolves great, tastes excellent, and I feel refreshed as I sip on this stuff during my 2-3 mile runs.

I work outside in the summer heat on the weekends. This electrolyte mix made a noticeable difference over the course of the day. 2 scoops in a half gallon jug and dehydration wasn't an issue. No heat headaches, no light-headedness. A cheaper and better alternative to Gatorade.

This stuff mixes well, tastes amazing, and it keeps my hydrated and feeling energized for my workouts. Nutricost supplements are the best kept secret in the supplement industry. Top notch product.

My main issue was that it never full dissolved in my water. Always a residue sitting at the bottom of the glass.If it tasted spectacular, I would have overlooked it. But the taste is just average.So bottom line...returning this product and continuing my search.

If you can get past the flavor- it’s packed with nutrients. I’m a fan of nutricost, but holy moly this stuff tastes sour. The only comparison for flavor= Brushing your teeth and then drinking orange juice mixed with hot milk.

I love Nutricost. Such great value. The flavor is really good and this makes a lot of drinks for me. I only need 1/2 scoop to flavor 2L of water.

Other than taste, not a bad product

I feel great but it's pretty bitter. So much so that it's hard to drink
