I gave it 4 instead of five stars because the adjustment knobs broke twice. The company, however, was very responsive and sent replacements. I use this bench 4-5 time a week. I am 6’2” and the bench fits my needs well. I use dumbbells and I weigh 200 lbs so I do not need an extra heavyweight bench. This bench was worth the price.

Very sturdy and I like the fact it's foldable I have a limited space in my garage for my gym ... this works out perfect fold it up and out of the way for squats and dead lifts ...

When I ordered this product, there were no reviews, but the photo of the lady made me take a leap of faith. Note that is more like a 4.5 stars (check notes)Pros:All benches out there seem to have been made for men (taller people), I am short 5-1” and I wanted to buy something where I could have my feet on the ground. This bench has a good height and I can do that.It is sturdy, seems well made in terms of the structure, strong, and heavy.So far seems heavy enough that it may help it not to move it around... maybe on top of a foam may be accomplished, to avoid sliding.It is wide (as wide as my chest), I have read lots of complaints with other benches that they are 7in - 9in.The place where you wrap your feet moves, so adapts to one’s height.Generally it seems well finished.There is a handle to lock the seat and back positions.Fast and super easy to finish assembling it.It is easy to fold, or to set up but not necessarily to be moved around.Cons/problems:The actual product does not match the folded sample, see photo.The place where the feet holder seems quite awkward when folded and protrudes, in addition, I had to screw it with the legs, rather than in a supposed additional hole, which is missing.I wished it could stand up and stay that way, rather than laying flat for storage or against a wall.The seat’s sewing was off, so it looks wrinkled.It is heavy to move around and also difficult to lift, considering that the weight can be a positive thing too.So far I recommend it. I still need to use it.

Nach einigen Trainingseinheiten mit der „leikefitness Verstellbare Hantelbank“ möchte ich mal meine Eindrücke mitteilen.Lieferung & Aufbau:Die Bank wird gut verpackt im Originalkarton geliefert und ist bereits vormontiert. Es sind lediglich noch die Füße anzuschrauben. Alle dafür notwendigen Schrauben und auch das Werkzeug (2 Maulschüssel) werden mitgeliefert.Die Trainingsbank:Die Plastikkappen an den Füße der Trainingsbank lassen sich durch drehen leicht in der Höhe verstellen. Damit können kleinere Unebenheiten ausgeglichen und die Bank stabil aufgestellt werden.Die Bank ist recht leicht. Das bringt sowohl Vorteile als auch Nachteile mit sich.* Vorteil: Sie kann ohne allzu großen Kraftaufwand bewegt und verstaut werden.* Nachteil: Die Verstellung der Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne funktioniert bei mir sehr straff. Das hat zur Folge das man beim verstellen z.B. der Sitzfläche eher die Bank anhebt als den Sitz zu verstellen. Hier ist etwas probieren notwendig, um für sich eine geeignete Verstelltechnik zu finden.Was mir nicht so gefällt sind die Verstellmöglichkeiten der Rückenlehne.Die Schritte in denen die Lehne verstellt werden kann sind mir teilweise zu groß. Sie kann in den Winkeln -20° (Lehne nach unten geneigt, [negativ]), 0° (Lehne flach), 20°, 45°, 60° und 90° (Lehne senkrecht) eingestellt werden.Da wäre zwischen 20° und 45°, sowie zwischen 60° und 90° durchaus Luft für eine weitere Arretierung gewesen. Die Bank würde das meiner Meinung nach auch hergeben.Oder am besten gleich Einstellmöglichkeiten in 15° Schritten (-15°, 0°, 15°, 30°,…, 90°).Fazit:Alles in allen bin ich, trotz der kleinen Einschränkung mit den Einstellmöglichkeiten der Rückenlehne, mit der Bank zufrieden. Wer eine Trainingsbank für das heimische Fitnessstudio sucht, findet hier ein günstiges und solides Modell.Ich kann diese Bank bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
