will mo55 sense below a resin coated concrete floor in either pin or pinless use?

Def not pinned! I don’t know a moisture meter that does well w concrete floors, period. Concrete remains cool and moist indoors.

Does the pin moisture meter provide absolute moisture content percentage? I know the pinless is relative MC, but need to know if the pin is relative
