I have not yet found any refill for this device. I am still looking although you may see replacement that says for all electric callus remover they do not fit they are way too big and the are design for the devices that look like hand held wands with a bigger replacement stick on pad head.

1) Yes if used carefully, or 2) you can also go to harbor freight and tools, and get an 80 pc rotary tool set for $ 10.49, use one of the sanding discs which never wear out, http://www.harborfreight.com/power-tools/rotary-tools/80-piece-rotary-tool-kit-97626.html 3) or apply olive oil to feet 2x per day and in 2 months you will be a foot model. I recommend 2 and 3 Buckeye Doug

My Package came with 10 Coarse and 10 Softer Buffer Pads! I Simply LOVE This Unit!!! as i have gotten Older (55 now) my Heels have become Very Coarse and ive used EVERYTHING i could think of... but THIS??? OMG!!! its Thee GREATEST Product EVER!!!
