I use this with my Motorola Apex 7000 radio and overall it's a great holder. It keeps the radio secure and works well for daily use. The only issue I've noticed is that it can loosen over time in the cup holder, but it's very easy to tighten back up. To be fair, I think it's primarily designed for smaller radios, so that's understandable. Still a solid and useful product.

This cup holder mount is excellent as a moveable mount that can be used between different cars. Great for traveling in rental cars as it is a non invasive mount. It is plastic, but is rigid enough if not abused. I did not use the included microphone holder because I clip my microphone to my seat belt. This holder works very well with my Yaesu FT-60r. Highly recommended.

Love the concept. But ---- It's advertised for a Kenwood HT; I have a TH-D75 and the slot is too small and there is an unnecessary plastic spring in the slot to help grip the belt clip. 10 minutes with rotary too and a needle file gave me a slot customized for the thicker belt clip on the D75. The part that fits in the cup holder is adjustable holds well. The other adjustments are strong and stay in place. I haven't mounted the mic holder yet. Most Hams are handy and will be able to make the necessary modifications to this holder to make it PERFECT for your radio.

Use this for tracking dogs with the Alpha 200. Works great. Buy a belt clip for the alpha and clip into the the slot.

Fits cup holder very well and adjusted super easy and holds snug. I've been using it for about a month now and couldn't be happier. I don't have anything negative to say about it. If you're looking for a cup holder radio mount , here it is. Just as long as you have a belt clip on the radio or whatever you're using it for.

Absolutely the best tool available to hold a variety types of communication gear. I use mine for my handheld amateur radio.

Tight, stays in place,

Day 1 of using this: The plastic wingnuts strip and won't hold it tight - so you'll end up at Home Depot buying replacement screws and wingnuts - did that already. The rubber "feet" that cover the 3 pieces that expand, peel off.... so you will have to re-glue it with 3M double-stick (the gummy, clear type). This works once you do ALL of that and it's pretty stable. I will not buy it again and I do not recommend it.

Perfect holder for my Icom ID52E.

Used for Kenwood TH-F6. radio fits nice. Fits tight in a 2024 GMC Sierra. but the holder can only be placed in specific location within the cupholder because of the cut-out between the 2 cup holders. Even with this small setback, still works 100% for me.
