Nat Geo
It's Nat Geo, so of course it's a great map. But who knows what purposes one has for it? For my purposes, it covers the exact amount of geography that I want. I teach a college course in the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) and the New Testament, and it is just perfect for the wall of my classroom to show the important geographical areas (which includes modern day Iraq because, for instance, Abraham was from Mesopotamia, and later on the Israelites get sent into exile in Babylon). My only disappointment is that it's a map of the modern Middle East, not from Biblical times, but I knew that ahead of time. It's such a high-quality map that it was worth it to me.

Great map!
We ordered this map as a visual aid for our children as we are studying bible lands. It has helped the Bible come to life as we research bible writers and where they lived when they wrote their books. It is made with a good-quality paper which is good as we are using push pins to track different accounts and locations.

Bigger than Expected
So, first of all, this is a nice map. However, the image on Amazon showed a man holding a six inch map in front of him. I should have known better. That image is an accurate representation of the map's folded size, but the map itself is 36x23, much larger than what I needed it for.But let me reiterate, this is a nice map.

Was Disappointed: It Does Not Cover the Entire Middle East
I would have preferred this map to have included the entire Middle East, and its text and measurements are a bit too small.
