I like this neck support quite a lot, it's light weight has a very comfortable cover, and has a reasonable price.

Good support, just a little stiff. Probably would loosen up over time.

Opened the package. Went to spread the ends apart to fit around my neck and the seam on the inside tore. Looks like not enough fabric was allowed for the necessary stitching.

This pillow is pretty much rock hard. Maybe they were referring to the fabric as being soft, which it is, but the pillow itself is very uncomfortably hard. It's going back as I could not wear it for any length of time.UPDATE: If it warms up to room temperature, it's soft. I ordered it in winter so it was cold when I originally tried it from being in the box outside. Keep this in mind if you plan to leave it in the car.

I'm sitting in an uncomfortable dialysis chair for 4 hours. This thing makes the chair bearable. It makes it much easier to sleep, which helps the whole process. 5 stars for sure!

I need a little flatter pillow or a little longer neck. Still a good product
