Q: Within these booster packs, do they include any of the Godzilla cards?

Solid no. The Godzilla cards come from the Collectors boosters, which are pretty expensive, but do have increased odds for rares and mythics. I don't know if it is worth the $24 price tag tho, but if you really want the Godzilla cards, that is the way to go.

Q: Are there enough cards for two people to have a game against another with this set or is this just for one person?

There should be enough for youto make 2 decks out of it. you need 120 cards for 2 standard decks or 40 mini decks. There is enough for 2 mini decks but you selection of cards will be very small. I would get this and maybe a few boosters so you actually can have 2 players play, but to o start off it is not bad.
