No it’s a keyboard that you will receive. I’m not sure where those pictures are from....??

Q: how do you use it to ajust mac volume?

To change the volume on your Mac, click the Sound control in the menu bar or Control Center, then drag the slider to adjust the volume (or use the Control Strip). If the Sound control isn’t in the menu bar, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Sound . Select the “Show Sound in menu bar” checkbox. You can use the dropdown menu to choose whether to show Sound in the menu bar all the time or only when it’s active.

This keyboard is operated manually by striking the keys. I hope this answers your question.

Q: This keeps adding numbers after the letters. i tried fn+ num lock and fn+ ctrl+ num lock but it still happens.

Are any of they keys stuck?? Have you tried compressed air to clean it??
