Q: Does it have a taste to it? Mine won't drink the water if it adds flavor.

I tasted it, and yes it has a flavor - it tastes like chlorine. My dog didn't respond well. She peed on the carpet 3 times and the odor was very potent. I requested and received a refund.

it's hard to read off the bottle...let me give you a hint ...i have a cat and i do use this now...she never had bad breath but now her breath is super...because of some other purchasers of this product and adverse effects...i use about 1/2 teaspoon (or less) in her water which has more than eight cups...i know, it says #1 in oral health since 1999....but use your best judgement for your pet...weight would play a part in your decision.... less is better and you can always increase the amount...my cat's teeth are whiter...even with a reduced amount...she has also never thrown up or seemed to be in discomfort....you are your cat's best guardian with regard to any product of this type...it shows effect but doesn't make your animal sick !!
