I take this supplement to help with my fibromyalgia and I definitely couldn’t live as well without it - believe me I’ve tried. It may just work with my biology better than others, but I won’t drop this item from my daily routine. I have been exercising for the past 4 years in the wee hours of the morning (4:30am) and have been looking for healthier alternatives to "preworkout" supplements. A dietitian told me to try L-Tyrosine along with 2-300mg of caffeine along with my basic BCAA mix to help kickstart my workouts. I can honestly say within the first few days taking L-Tyrosine I immediately had more mental energy, felt more aware and just had overall clearer cognitive sharpness. I will take 1-2 with my caffeine in the morning and another 1-2 in the mid afternoon to kick that afternoon slump in the office. I have been taking this supplement for about 2 1/2 months now and I will never turn back. This is a great supplement and the Natural factors brand is great.

I bought this to supplement my dopamine uptake from another product, however, I noticed a huge difference after 2 days of taking it. It was like I was finally getting something my brain wasn't getting before. I was taking straight dopamine, and it helped, but I wanted to add the building block for added support. I noticed a huge difference and now completely swear by this. My body took this in and provided all the dopamine I needed in my life. I don't feel that "Ugh, I have to work again today" feeling anymore. Full five stars because I haven't felt this good about life since high school. I don't care about the whole vegetarian ingredients they promote, but some might. At the price they ask for, I recomend buying one just to try. If it works for you like it did me, buy more before you run out, because you will miss it when it's gone.Side note: the bottle says take two caps three times a day, which is only ten doses per bottle. However, I have seen vast results taking only two caps twice a day. This extends the bottle to 15 doses, which at roughly 15 ish dollars per month is a great deal for a feeling of well being.

Doesn't change anything about my mood or focus, at all, but it definitely helped my insomnia. I wake up way less often and sleep deeper. Downside: it causes me constipation...
