If you only take 2, 3 drops in water over a whole day, how much alcohol can you be getting? Almost none?

NONE for sure ... only 2 drops over the length of 1-2 days

I generally find a feeling of relief or perhaps just a break in the stress that haunts me and messes up my life. The response varies with eafh individual. FYI, I have been using Bach Flower remedies (primarily Aspen, Rock Rose and / or Rescue Remedy) for over ten years. Seems like good stuff and I certainly think it is worth trying for the folks who have never used it and are looking for relief in new and different places.

How is this different from bach's rescue remedy? aren't they both for anxiety?

Wild oat, essence, keeps you on your path, spiritually ... gaining your inner knowing that you’re doing the right thing at the right time in the right place, for your highest good. I have no opinion on rescue remedy ... but for anxiety, I would recommend the “Lemon Balm” by Vimergy, or the fresh / or dry lemon balm tea. Hope it helps
