I love and adore my pets, but I was never extravagant with them like some people are. My dog that died in Jan. was the first i had to have cremated the others i've buried, so when looking for a nice urn that wasnt to fancy, but had the right sentiment this was perfect. fit my budget and fit my heart, wasn't hard to assemble, some of it's fitting is a little wonky so it is not a sealed container, so i kept my dog's ashes in the ziplock bag he was already in and put the whole thing in the bag. the screw for the bottom i thought was a little too small for the prefabricated hole, but aside from that it's beautiful,

We've never kept a pet's remains until now. Our late goldendoodle was one in a million. We are still stunned by how much we miss her and we wanted to remember her this way. Although we have a huge hole in our hearts, having this keepsake nearby is comforting.This is a very nice option for a small to medium size dog's cremated remains. It looks very nice on a mantel, better than a metal urn or something similar in our opinion.The bamboo material is very nice and the imprint looks good too.The wording syntax is a little off, "You're gone from our lives, but never from our heart". It should either be "life" or "hearts". But that's okay. The sentiment is what counts.It would be a little better if it had some sort of sleeve, glass or plastic cover to hold the photo in place.Cutting a photo to fit is a bit tricky since it's not a common size so have a few copies ready and measure multiple times to be sure. We used two-sided tape to hold our photo in place.Recommended.

I loved the look online.Beautiful in person.- The screw included is not attached or bagged, thus it falls out when you open.- The photo are needs a slot for glass or plastic protector.I hope it continues to improve.

the screw to hold slide close is way too loose, may want to double check for next costumers, afterall we are grieving our beloved pet and to have to deal with keeping ashes in the box is a little disturbing. the lettering could of been a little darker also. But we will make is work.

This urn box is made of all wood with a place to remember your pet with a picture on the front. It’s engraved with a very nice saying and has 2 paw print decals. The opening of this on the bottom which is confusing to me which Is also shut by a included small screw. Its not small or big at 6 x 4” and would look good with pretty much any décor. It comes with a nice guarantee that you will like the urns quality. Overall a good picture frame dog urn box that I would recommend.

Could not get the screw to go in was not long enough. So I put the lid in backwards which made it very tight so I didn't use a screw. Guess u get what u pay for the box itself is pretty and I like that you can put a picture of your pet in the designated area

I like this box well enough for its purpose. I do however wish there were different phrases to pick from and I wish the place for a photo was an actual slot with a plastic covering so I could change the photo out. The way that part is made, you must glue the photo down. Overall, it is a nice box and looks nice in a room.

Beautiful item. My dog has her final resting place.Was easy to wood burn with as well.

I was very disappointed in this product. where the photo went there was no plastic holder to keep the photo in place. The only way the photo will stay is to glue the photo on the wood. Disappointed.
