Easy to use, plug in, flip the switch in the back and push the button in the front in the middle at the bottom of the front. Open the bottom drawer first, put in blank and continue on up, the top one is for the original. Close the top drawer and work your way down closing all the drawers. In very little time, you’ll have your duplicates.

Worked fine had to adjust the power button was always an issue. I had to wiggle it in order to make it stay on. But I got it to work we used it for the church to send duplicate files of the sermons to the homebound. Now at 14 months after the warranty it does not come on the lights Flash and won't stay on. Very disappointed and will not buy again I'm going to see if local repairman can fix the power button issue.

I use it to copy church sermons and worship music for our church and it works great.

This was the biggest piece of crap of any electronics I have ever owned in my life. I bet I used it less than 20 times and it shorted out and won't turn on now. I bought this in Aug of 2022 Paid $213.00 for this junk. Can't get any service and Amazon should take this back and reimburse me for all the money I spend here. I would truly appreciate being contacted regarding this matter. I'd buy a different one if they take care of my problem. UPDATE: They decided to not take care of my issue with defective merchandise so done with Amazon and i'll be sure to tell everybody I know how crappy this big company is.

This is a GREAT Box, until it is NOT!! The burner worked perfectly since I bought it in 2023, but as several other buyers have stated, the box just STOPPED WORKING, and will not turn on. Could it be a bad power module? All I know is that I spent over $240 for this device, which is far too much for it to only work for a year or two!! Obviously, there is something going on with this box, so you should be very wary!!

Responses on machine do not always match instruction manual. Tech support was no help at all. They have no experience with this machine. Got it to work with some cd's, but won't work with others that it should.

Needed no tech support. This was a replacement for an old one, and it has functioned well.
