Manhandled is the best word
This item arrived barely in it's box. It was not packed in another box with any kind of padding. Imagine ordering a dozen eggs and them arriving in just the foam store container. The box was tore away and squished at one corner and it looked as if the box itself had been manhandled. I can normally utilize bits and pieces, but I don't like to start out my day using them. I am disappointed in the care that was used in presenting the item to me. 25% of the sticks were broken or smashed. I do not have this problem when ordering the Dixon 72 piece. I WILL NOT be ordering this product again.

Great chalk! Exactly what I needed!
Expected half of the pieces to be broken. Only 2 were broken. Great product!I use in insurance for chalking roof damages.Better than buying multi-colored jumbo chalk from Walmart.
