MIGRELIEF +M CAP

These supplements have helped with my migraines. I still get them get them but less frequentry and the symptoms are less severe. I rarely got aura before and now experience that more regularly but the excruciating head pain often dosn't follow. Would recommend trying these.

After months of brutal debilitating migraines, (yes only months. I got my first migraine a few months ago and it’s freaking terrible I really feel for everyone who struggles with them!) I started doing crazy research for anything I can do to prevent these demon mind pains. I came across these and figured wth I might as well try them! I noticed the pills make my pee crazy neon yellow. I’ve been taking these pills for over a month now and I’m noticing a new symptom. I’m in the bathroom a few times a day to go number 2, and it’s not solid. TMI, I know. But I googled (🤷🏽‍♀️) that too much magnesium can make you do that. So I’m thinking it’s this supplement. I currently have a migraine but it’s next to NOTHING compared to how it would have been months ago. I wasn’t able to drive with a migraine before and today I was able to drive and not feel super terrible. Even tho I’m having potty issues I’m hoping with time they pass as my body gets used to this. If you’re having migraines, this is a must try! Extra Yellow pee and an extra couple poops a day aren’t gonna make me stop taking this!

I had migraines as a child, and then many years with remission. When they came back, I didn't even recognize them as migraines, as they felt so different. Different aura, and no throbbing temples. I was sure at least a benign little tumor would show up on my MRI because of how incapacitated I was. Migraine sufferers know that they really are different for everyone - some people swear by drinking coffee and eating chocolate, and others who are sentenced to a life-long fast from those foods. I had suspicions that, once diagnosed, the migraines came back right about the time when my female body was changing, once again, and hormones were in serious flux. Sadly (quite very sadly), I had to take several months off from working to sort it all out, and I was losing hope that I ever would.My OB-GYN was onto the same thinking as me, but not being a neurologist, didn't feel she could offer any treatment plan. My neurologist (the "Almighty" as I sometimes think of him), disregarded suggestions that came from her as well as another specialist who had both been my docs for about 20 years.I started taking Topimax as a preventative, and let me tell you, it worked really well. The problem was that I was so happy to have relief from almost constant migraines, I was too scared to stop taking the medicine, even though it made me sick in a completely different way.In the end, the neurologist recommended that I take MigreLief (the ORIGINAL formula with feverfew), and no other formula. It turned out that one site sold the "original", but there was no feverfew, but replaced it with CoQ10 (unless they're the same thing....). I took a chance on the +M formula as I suspected that since the migraines broke through every single month at the same time (in addition to the other times), that I would try this.I did more research on my own about all of the meds I had been taking, and called my Walgreen's pharmacist to get some insight about my conclusions. The pharmacist didn't look at one piece of me, but looked at the big picture of all of my meds, listened to my thoughts about my symptoms, and recommended I call my doctor to tell her I was stopping one she prescribed, and if I saw a difference within 2-4 weeks, I would know that her rX was no longer working for me.I'm about a month into taking this supplement, in addition to eliminating the Topimax and the other med, and I'm no longer dizzy, or wearing sunglasses inside at night, or feeling like an ice-pick just pierced through my ears if someone sets a glass down on the table.I'm not 100% certain as to whether this supplement has given me that level of relief, but I am confident enough to continue taking it, because I really don't think I could be feeling this much MORE healthy just from stopping prescriptions. I'll update if I am able to conclude that this was my ultimate cure, but my faith in it is strong enough to administer a similar product to my son who suffers from migraines. We're both feeling the best we've been for quite some time now.

I'd describe this product as life changing. I always had irregular periods in which my cycles were 55-60 days in length. I'd gain 10lbs every month and my skin would explode with acne. I'd have migraines for over a week straight as well as awful cramps and lower back pain. Birth control regulated me but made me have CRAZY mood swings, I felt crazy. I was recommended by a friend to try this product because the original version got rid of 80% her migraines. WOW! My period has come on time 3 times now! 28-29 day cycles!!!!! No migraines (a light headache or two), manageable cramps, and no back pain. I seriously never believed VITAMINS could truly change my life for the better. I don't see myself stopping these supplements anytime soon. I'm so happy that I don't have to use artificial hormones anymore.

I ordered one bottle. I took it as directed. I slowly started noticing that I wasn't having the onset of any migraines. I have 2 prescriptions that are receptor blockers. By the last week or so of taking the first bottle, I hadn't had to take any prescription to prevent a full blown migraine. During this month, I never had a full blown migraine. The first month in I cannot tell you how long. The bottle ran out. I didn't reorder. The migraines pretty much immediately started up again and I had to use my prescriptions. I quickly ordered another bottle and haven't even had one onset of a migraine since. I thought maybe my hormones were leveling out on their own during that first month, but apparently it is this product. I will keep taking it - it has changed my life. I haven't missed work or any activity since being on this. That is a first for me in over 10 years.
