I have been using it for a few months now, very simple and easy to use. Water taste good, no smell.

Works nice

I like that it's compact and stainless steel because it matches our kitchen. However, after just a few weeks it started spitting out chunks of carbon. You can't get a glass of water without black chunks floating in it, and I'm not sure it's safe to drink. Looking for a solution...

RECALL THIS WATER FILTER IMMEDIATELY: This product is not filtering water in Billings, Montana. Period. It should be recalled immediately so as not to give people sense of security of filtered water.TEST FOR YOURSELF: Add ten tablespoons of "filtered" water from the unit into a clean frying pan and let the water evaporate completely on a stove. You will see scrums and white film of unfiltered impurities on the frying pan. Wash the frying pan completely and repeat the test with different filtered water from the store. You will not see any scrums or coat of white film of impurities on the frying pan with the evaporated filtered water from the store. I have tested this unit every month since purchased in October 2019: October 2019 through March 2020. TEST for yourself or duplicate the above test immediately for the sake of your long term health.CONCLUSION: The above test implies that the unit is NOT filtering water as advertised.HEALTHCARE PROVIDER: as a healthcare provider, I owe the public to know the outcome of the experiment on the unit I received.I am assuming that the product sent to me was not defective.MANUFACTURER CHALLENGE: If the manufacturer thinks the product sent to me was defective, OK to send another unit. I will pay for it. I will test again and give quick result.REPORT: if I do not receive another unit at my expense, to test again, I will assume that Amazon testing department and the manufacturer concur with my results and the product should be recalled immediately. To soon to tell, but I do taste a big difference. I drink a lot of water; I used the Brita filters, but there was still a smell and the water did not taste clean. I followed the directions for this and see a difference. I would say that the directions do not tell you to pull the small tab that fits to the faucet in order to get water from the spout on the filtrator. That part was not on the directions included. I had to find that out when I searched the question area. So I will update later about the length of clean water. Only two of us use it, so hopefully it will last over a year. As of now, I would recommend it.

This filter was very easy to set up on a regular size sink faucet. Water appears to be fine.

Not compatible to Moen kitchen sink fixture.Had no choice but to return it back. Too disappointed.
