Purchased two to replace older more expensive camera, and these work great. Super clear picture, good quality. Can work two cameras with one remote, however, differentiating which camera doesn’t work as it should. I press camera 2 and bot cameras move. Remote reads both IR streams on the camera. Will be trying a different controller to see if that makes a difference. I love the camera and will purchase a third.

Camera was easy to setup and works well, wish I would have gottena 10x zoom for coverage of the area being used.

This was delivered yesterday and it was well packaged.. I hooked it up and it worked perfectly. I can't wait to use it.In one of my large pool tournaments. I'm considering about buying a second camera for a different angle. I also had a extra tripod, and I was lucky enough that it fit on there. Perfectly

The Pan Tilt Zoom capability is the main reason I decided to give this camera a try. I ran a number of tests with it including working with OBS. So what do I think? Well, I'm disappointed. When hooking up via USB I discovered it wasn't plug and play and wanted me do download a driver. I avoid downloading drivers from any but companies I've trusted for years so, for me that makes this an HDMI only device (more on that in a moment). Other USB cameras I've used were as plug and play as can be. Also seemed a bit strange that it doesn't use USB C as a connection, but the older USB 3.0 style. It does come with that cable which is good since they aren't very common these days. When using the HDMI interface the picture was sharp and clear and all the PTZ functions worked from the remote. While functional, the PTZ transitions were not all that smooth and I see them as more useful in reframing between shots vs. transitioning live. Overall, this camera is in the "OK" range for me with a nice clear picture and reasonable price but too many downsides to be considered great. The camera had an issue with it which I didn't see until after the window to return had passed. I contacted the vendor and they immediately sent a new camera out. Well done. will do business with them again. Very nice quality camera.

I cannot recommend this camera for any purpose whatsoever. However, I typically like the Tongveo PTZ cameras and have bought several. The issue with this one (the 3X zoom) is that it is grainy and “holds” dark colors on the screen, creating an eerie smear effect when there is motion in front of the dark colors. This problem includes a strangely visible circle in the center of the image when looking at something dark (like a black curtain background). This occurred with all three 3x cameras I tried (including the 4k one). I returned them all. The problem is hard to explain, but the point is this: It’s only going to look good under absolutely ideal lighting conditions (brighter than your standard living room lighting). And even then, you’re obviously dealing with a subpar camera. The other Tongveo cameras (10x and 20x) have worked great for me. I trust them to film professional content in a studio setting with standard (even dim) lighting. They do differ in quality somewhat, which makes them hard to color-match and integrate into a single project. They also have somewhat narrow viewing angles, so they may have to be a few yards away to capture more than two people for a podcast. But I DO recommend them. Conclusion: Tongveo 3x camera is not good, but Tongveo 10x and 20x are good. If you need a good camera with a wide viewing angle and shallow (or no) zoom, I would look into DJI’s offerings. Not PTZ, but probably very quality image, and in the $200-300 range. That will be my next purchase given the failure of this one.

Die Kamera zeigt gute Qualität und Bildgebung. Allerdings zeigt sich -wahrscheinlich durch die Komprimierung des Bildes eine leichte Verzögerung im Bild auf dem angeschlossenen PC-Monitor über HDMI. Für meine Zwecke -Übertragung des Bildes des Dirigenten für einen Chor- ist jedoch eine Verzögerung des Bildes nicht brauchbar. Dann singen wir zu spät. Daher musste ich das Gerät leider zurücksenden.

These cameras have worked really well for us in our hybrid meetings using Zoom. We use two cameras linked to laptops with NDI linking them. This allows us to select which camera feeds Zoom and make a separate recording of each one. The picture quality is excellent and the 20X zoom allows us to focus on individual audience members at question time. The only slight niggle is the VISCA and Pelco-D remote control protocols were not fully implemented limiting the controller software which could be used. The manufacturer assures me this has been fixed in the latest version of the camera so I'm happy to give it 5-stars.

Das Set kommt gut verpackt in einem Karton. Sowohl der Lautsprecher als auch die Kamera sind ja nicht gerade klein und handlich. Sie sind ja aber auch für einen ganzen Konferenzraum gedacht und da ist die Größe dann auch gut und passend. Mitgeliefert werden alle notwendigen Kabel und auch eine Fernbedienung, leider aber ohne passende AA-Batterien. Warum man genau da gespart hat? Das Mikrofon-System kann mit üblichem USB-C Kabel angeschlossen werden und funktioniert auch ohne die Kamera. Alles wichtige kann man auf dem Display regeln (Mute, Lautstärke etc.) Die Wiedergabe der Gegenseite ist laut und deutlich zu verstehen. Nicht ganz so überragend klang dann auf der Gegenseite das erfasste. Es war zwar gut zu verstehen, aber klanglich etwas dumpf und hohl. Das hab ich schon durchaus besser gehört und ist der Hauptgrund für den 1 Stern Abzug. Was mir auch nicht so ganz gelungen ist, ist die einwandfreie Verbindung mit Teams. Wenn man in der Software sich stummschaltet, zeigt der Lautsprecher das nicht an und umgekehrt zeigt die Teams-App keine Stummschaltung an, wenn man die Taste am Lautsprecher drückt. Da muss man dann aufpassen, welche Stummschaltung gerade aktiv ist ... Die Kamera selbst kann nicht mehr mit Standard-USB-Kabeln angeschlossen werden, da braucht es dann das beiliegende, das am PC immerhin dann mit USB-A angeschlossen werden kann. Die Kamera benötigt auch zusätzlich einen Stromanschluss, der auch beiliegt und nicht über USB funktioniert. Die Kamera lässt sich am besten mit der Fernbedienung bedienen. Hier kann man verschiedene Aufnahmewinkel voreinstellen oder sanft oder schnell zoomen und die Kamera bewegen. Das klappt nach etwas Übung einwandfrei und schnell. Bildqualität ist gut, wenn auch etwas neutraler von der Farbdarstellung als ich das bisher bei meiner verwendeten gewohnt war, letztlich aber gut ansehnlich und man kann entsprechend der 1080er Auflösung auch viele Details erkennen. 4K kann die Kamera jedoch nicht. Das dürfte dann auch eine andere Preisklasse sein ... Alles in allem kann man mit dem System einen Besprechungsraum von ca. 10 Personen gut abdecken. Kamera auch für größere Räume möglich, da kommt dann aber der Lautsprecher bzw. Mikrofon an seine Grenzen und man bräuchte da wohl einen weiteren... Alles in allem von mir daher 4 Sterne.
