This glow in the dark silly putty is not blue

How do I get the glow in the dark silly putty off of my carpet and towels?

I have used the bissell chemical free steam mop to get it off an area rug. Makes a big mess at first but it's easy to wipe off once its melted. If you don't have a steam mop maybe just drench it with boiling water.
