Not sure why this has a great ratings! Bought this as a replacement for a unit that I'd had for years. Plus the top doesn't come off to accommodate other attachments.Icing on the cake is that it's not eligible for return! Based on the name brand, and the hype and advertising of the Magic Wand, I expected much more from this product.The wand was used less then 6 times. It appears that the gears stripped. When i turned it on, thepower works, but the action in the head does not vibrate.Im disappointed that the quality of this item did not last longer.
