This is not the first mask I tried here on Amazon, but it definitely is the last!!I was very recently diagnosed with MGD. Devastated, I began my heated eye mask hunting journey. You learn the things you dislike, or require, very quickly, when purchasing other masks. I realized, through trial and error, that I needed something VERY soft for the eye area since I will be using it twice a day. Also, it needs to be sanitary. This is a MUST. I have to be able to wash it thoroughly. The heat needs to be well regulated. The weight need to be sufficient to mold to the eyes, and the strap around the head needs to be simple/easy to use. AND, I must be able to dampen it for moist heat.The other eye masks offer one thing, or another, but not everything. This one is perfect!!! The fabric is so soft, velvety and plush, and extremely comfortable on delicate skin. Will not pull, tug, or scrape. The heating element pad, cords, and pink quartz crystal pouch (yes crystals!), are all removable from the mask so that the mask, itself, can be washed. The crystals, I feel are more sanitary than flaxseed and they hold the warmth well. They also add weight to the mask so it molds nicely to the eyes and stays in place. Note: The crystal pouch can also be placed in the fridge for cold therapy. The mask head strap is velcro and by far much easier to adjust and re-adjust without having to remove mask to do so. You can mist the mask with water for moist heat knowing it won't affect internal parts and that the mask can later be sanitized by washing it. I would recommend by hand in sink or bowl and hang to dry.Finally, it's designed and sold by a small group of eye care providers who have worked with dry eye patients for decades. These are people in the exact field needed to aid those of us with meibomian gland disease. Just look at the name of the product, it says it all. And their customer service is OUTSTANDING!! They are kind and in the business of helping and understanding those of us who suffer with this lifelong condition. I reached out to them with a question, they were so accommodating and they made me feel comfortable like a friend they were helping out, not just a customer.Don't think about it, just get it. You'll be so happy that you did.

I like it very much. The 5 setting for heat is to hot for me. 3 does a great job. I just think they were using a 1amp plug instead of a 2am.As the one review said and the only thing i agreed on, the Velcro is in the back and i lay on it. Its not that big deal but some times I notice it.It fits well. I like the rocks in it. I can shack them around to get them where I need them to be. On lover side or upper or even all around.Yes it works well with a Noise CPAP. I put the cable with the CPAP hose and no issue.Very happy with it.

I was getting ready to use my unclogged heated eye mask and I turned it on to warm it up.I could smell smoke. There were sparks coming out of the eye mask from where the wires are connected to the eye mask. I would like a full refund on this product.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered several heated eye masks to try out and I actually loved the design of this one the best. The material is a soft plush and the weight feels nice on my eyes. The biggest problem is that the mask does not heat up enough to provide any therapeutic benefits. I followed the instructions of turning it on and folding in half when I received it. I've tried using it several times to see if somehow the heat improves but it just doesn't heat up enough. I barely feel the heat when using this mask. Unfortunately, I will be returning this.

This product does what it says....warms up nicely, maintains heat, and helps my eyes tear again. I use it each morning while I meditate, and at night as a prep for sleep. It is easy to use, heats up fast, does not get too hot, settles nicely on the face even while sitting up (using the adjustable head band), and is quite soft and so kind to the face and the eye lids. Thank you so much for making this dry eye therapy effective, safe, and easy to use.

The eye mask is soft and comfortable, gets warm enough to soothe my eyes during a work break.The first 2 times i used the mask it was getting too hot on and around the eyes, then I noticed the crystal insert bag was not placed between my eyes and the heating element. After adjusting the insert on my 3rd use, no more burning. So check your mask before using the first time.

I really like this electric heated eye mask. You can choose the heat setting and the time. I usually let the mask heat for 5+ mins before I wear it. Very comfortable in my face and bridge of my nose. The very small rose quartz allows me to confirm the eye mask just right to get the heat where I need it. Good value. Thick cord.

I have chronic dry eye. Before this mask, I had to use drops 6-8 times a day. Now, I only use drops 3-4 times a day, and use this mask morning and night.The heat is consistent and very relaxing; the mask is lightweight, adjustable, and fits my eye area perfectly; it covers my sinus area, providing extra relief for my inflamed sinuses. The cover can be removed and washed, which is a must-have feature, as it's important to thoroughly wash and disinfect a mask cover on a regular basis.My only disappointment is that it doesn't alert you to the end of the cycle. It just turns off, silently, and because you have your eyes covered, you don't know that the cycle has concluded. One, quiet beep would be nice.

It saves so Uchida time using this my only negative is that it would be good to have a spare mask cover which have to be washed.

I have severe dry eyes from MGD. I was using a single used instant heat product but it was very expensive and wasteful. After a bit of adjusting, this product works just as well, and it has lasted few months so far, so I am ahead on cost. I don't like the feel of 'furry' fabric, and it is quite thick which prevented the heat coming through fully. I also use lots of thick ointments so I felt it was getting mucky. So I have removed the heating pad from the fluffy cover and I cover it with a microfibre sunglasses cover which I change each night and wash. I use it on the maximum setting which is quite hot, but that's what I need. And set for 40 minutes. The cord is a bit annoying, but I have got used to it and it is easier than remembering to recharge a device. Overall it's 5 stars once I've made the modifications.update. broke after 6 months of use.

Worked great for first 3 months then just stopped working. No more heat. Past return period. I'm thinking it is probably due to the inside wires, not sure. Not cheap, don't waste your money. So disappointed

Seems very well made of excellent materials and is certainly beautifully packaged. I have only used it twice and though I would have preferred it get warmer than it does, I guess it is fine in that regard. I have never used one before so I am not in a position to judge heat efficiency. Design wise , very nice , though I would have liked the nose section to be cut higher so as not to press down, but I suppose it is one size fits all so ....I bought Unclog ( horrible name btw!) which is very expensive indeed compared to most others because of its reviews. Reviews of cheap ones consistently said they had flimsy breakable electronics and/or failed to heat after very little use. Hopefully not going to happens with Unclog .My dry eye and it complications have not yet responded , but I have only used it twice so not to be expected. It feels very pleasant and soothing however.
