Good quality, looks great and do the job.

All these type of gliders are pretty much the same, I find it easier to do lunges with these although it’s by no means “easier”. I thought the exercise sheet you see in the product pictures would be included but it wasn’t. There are loads of videos on YouTube though so it’s no big deal.

These sliders work as well as the expensive ones, use them foam side down on laminate or shiny plastic side down on carpet. I’ve only used them on laminate but they work perfectly fine, I was able to do my sliding lunges with ease and absolutely no scratching of the floor

Don’t work well on carpet

Item was as described. It does, what it says, great for different ABS workouts. To me it's better than an ABS roller. Beautiful purple colour. Thanks for the great product again XN8.

Brought the yellow sliders as cheaper due to colour I think 🤔...... Does exactly the same as the others. Worth every penny to find those abs, mountain climbers are much easier

Very good once you get the hang of it ... bought for my daughter as she saw mine and wanted to try it out .... good for core and leg workout . You could get a full body workout from them if your creative . A good buy and they seem durable !
