It can help dose off but the quality of sleep is not consistent

لم ينجح معي رغم ان 10mg جرعه ممتازه ولا أعرف ما هو السبب لعدم قدرتي على النوم ولدي ايضا 5mg أخذته من اختي اشترته من صيدلية في امريكا وعند مقارنتي للمنتجين تبين ان في فرق واضح في الحبوب حيث ان المنتج اللي من امريكا كان لون الحبه بيضا والنقاط واضحة اللون وعند اخذي للجرعه رغم انها فقط 5mg دخلت في مرحلة النوم ولكن ليس بعمق كما يقال مجرد ساعتين الى ثلاث واستيقظت

And It really worked, I decided to buy the same 10mg tablets on Amazon.I expected the exactly the same shape and quality, however, the one sold on Amazon has completely changed its shape, taste and quality. It doesn't work at all, I feel like just eating tasteless candy. It used to be like as soon as I take in one or two, it numbed my brain, and I felt asleep real quick.I thought Natral has changed ingredients, so I just gave them a benefit of doubt and I used it all until I bought new one again, this time I bought at CVS. Then again it proves that Natral hadn't changed anything.I really doubt this product on Amazon. The package design is also slightly different. These things often happens on Amazon especially for medicines... I'm considering quitting my all medicine subs, I'm searching different stores. Disappointing.

These are the best I've ever tried this far and I have major ADHD lol. I do have to take two somedays but again I have ADHD and I'm super hyper 😂. These taste good and help me rest so I'm ready to conquer the world the next day. So buy them k now carry on lol

This stuff works....it works a little too well, actually. I was so excited to have found something that PUT me to sleep on the first dose, I inadvertently forgot that I had taken a pain pill earlier for my neuropathy at the second dose the following night. I was alright in the long run but that was a rough night (lol). I will recommend for new users to START SLOW. Don't go nuts and take a full 10 mg dose right off. Give yourself a break and cut one in half and try that first. See how you feel after the 5 mg and then if you need more, then do you. Oh, and don't make my mistake and take a dose WITH a narcotic. Dude...seriously. Any-hoo, I can say with absolution that this melatonin works, hands down. I have horrible sleep patterns (no exaggeration) and now that I've got the kinks worked out, I will sing its praises from the rooftops! To add, yes, I know it has a funky aftertaste. So what. If it works, chase it with something nonalcoholic. Come on, now. So overall, buy it, try it and get some sleep!
