I use these as backup drives on my mini PCs and they are ideal for the job. Mini PCs being intended to save space, it rather defeats the purpose if you have normal-sixed USB drives attached. Low-profile drives are the answer. These are rugged and reliable.

Delivered empty, no bloatware, that's a bonus. Work fine but a little morr difficult to put into USB slot than I like, as if they are very slightly oversized. Solidly built.

I was a bit dubious about ordering this pair of mini sticks, but that was totally unjustified as they are right up to the task I required them for. Fast, small, robust (metal body), cheap-ish, I am aware of no downside. Would I buy them again, Yes, and I already have bought a pair of 32GB [only ordered a few hours ago, original drives were 128GB]. I used to stick mostly to Sandisk, but Gigastone just joined my list of must haves. Delighted :)

So small yet a large storage, has been a good way to keep a backup of large files.

2 thumb drives arrived in sealed resealable retail package. They are very nicely made, smooth and tiny enough to hold/store/carry pretty much anywhere. I only bought the 2 pack of 32G drives and that is maybe the reason I noticed absolutely no heat issues. Drive was warm but not hot. Also the drive did not say REFURBISHED on it like one reviewer. I recommend the item for those looking for a USB3.x tiny stub thumb-drive. I might consider giving Gigastone brand a try in their SSD line.

My car has a USB in the glove compartment. For some reason, it is more or less in the middle of the back rather than, say, on the top, and it came with a long USB drive which you knew was going to get destroyed by the first thing you put in the glove compartment (along with destroying the socket). I got these because they had a high capacity and a verify small profile. Fit great, work great!

Great small profile dongle. All my pcs can read them. Been using them to store music mixes for my speakers/players. Recommend!
