Q: Some reviews state there was a problem with the batches a few months ago. Has the problem been resolved? is the stevia sweetening the beverages?

We have not purchased Sweetleaf Stevia Packets since we encountered the "not sweet" batches, but we did call the customer service number on the back of the box to lodge a complaint. As a result the company sent us some replacement boxes and those packets were sweet just like we had previously known. We would use this product again since it seems like they fixed the problem.
