Excellent quality
These were a hit at my recent dinner party making crab imperial. I like that these aren't completely bleach white. Nice size and worked wonderfully. These were safe to put in the dishwasher (I've done a few times already).

Great for coquilles St. Jacques! I made Julia Child's version à la provençale but had scaled it down for 4 shells rather than 6. I wasn't sure that the filling would fit into the 4 shells, but I piped a ring of mashed potatoes around the edge (apparently this is how my husband's mother made them) and the filling fit perfectly. I'll probably buy another set for dinner parties.

Love these dishwasher friendly baking shells! I've made a few baked seafood dishes in them and they are great! Easy to clean and durable and I think it makes the dish taste even better ;)
