Just the ticket for a house with 3 long-haired dogs.
We have 2 shetland sheepdogs and a shih tzu, so shedding is just a way of life. Of course it doesn't replace our full-sized vacuum, but it sucks up all the hair off the couch, saving loads of time and eliminating the need (and cost) of adhesive lint rollers. I even did a 12 foot runner just to see -- and it did a great job. Tools are easy to take on/off. Battery life is great. I have to empty it pretty often, but that's to be expected with THREE long-haired dogs. Oh ... and it's pretty quiet compared to others I've owned. Very light weight.

BUY IT!!
So glad I purchased this. It's easy to handle and it's quite strong. I use it on my tile floors in the kitchen/dining room/living room area to spot clean so I don't have to drag out my big Kenmore. It get up all the lint coming off the new rug. After I use it I just charge it a little bit on the counter in my laundry room so it's always good to go. Cleaning it out is a breeze. I am very pleasantly surprised on how good it works!

Great little vacuum
I made the mistake of previously purchasing the insanely expensive Dyson handheld... which promptly died in a few months, was replaced, died again and then fell out of warranty. The reason I went with the Dyson originally was that having a powered rotating brush was important to me as the air rotated brushes are generally useless. I also wanted something light, cordless and easy to use. I wish I'd found this little vac first. For me a little vac like this is for cleaning up quick messes, cleaning my stairs, and vacuuming my furniture. This vac does all that, easily, on a single charge. It's powerful and lasts a long while - I haven't timed it but I think 20 or so minutes with the brush in use. My only complaint is that I wish it had a removable battery. The battery is built in, which means when the battery dies (which it will in a couple years) the vac becomes useless. Luckily, it's cheap enough that I won't mind having to replace it considering it's 1/4 of the price of the next best option.I've seen a few bad reviews concerning the battery going dead immediately on first use. This is just chance... a certain amount of batteries will have issues; this goes for anything you buy with a battery. If it works it will continue to work. If it goes bad immediately, that's just how it goes and you can exchange it. Don't judge things based on that battery criteria... Also keep in mind like any other battery you should not keep it plugged in all the time.

Works good for small jobs
I bought this as a used option on Amazon so I don’t truly know how old it is. It was completely dead when we opened it. After reading the manual it said to charge for 5 hours to obtain a fully charged battery. Once fully charged we started vacuuming underneath the couch cushions, then onto the stairs. The suction was great while it lasted! But halfway up the stairs, it slowly lost power then died. We had about 15 minutes of good use out of it before having to put it back on the charger. Obviously we weren’t expecting to clean the whole house with it, but 5 hours of charge for 15 minutes of use seems ridiculous. Will still continue to use it but keep in mind it’s best for very small and fast jobs.

Powerful, Quiet, and Compact
I absolutely love this vacuum! It’s lightweight and easy to carry, making it perfect for cleaning couches, the car, and dust around the house. The suction power is impressive for its size, and the build quality feels solid and durable. Plus, it’s surprisingly quiet during use, which is a nice bonus. A versatile and well-made vacuum for everyday needs!

CAVEAT EMPTOR
I purchased this Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Cordless Hand Vacuum in mid-January 2025. I have one medium-sized dog and two cats. I bought this hand vac for my wood stairs and to catch the occasional furry tumbleweed in between the regular 2x/week vacuuming of the house with my upright Oreck (which I can't recommend highly enough -- still going strong after 25+ years). After two months, I started having issues with this Bissell hand vacuum not maintaining power. It would run maybe 10 seconds and then you would start to hear it slowly lose steam and die. Press the button again, it powered up for a few seconds, then died again. Mind you, I only used this maybe once or twice a week, for no more than 5-10 minutes each time, and would empty it and clean the filter after each use.I contacted customer service, they had me send a video showing the problem, and within a few days a replacement vacuum was in the mail to me. Great!I charged the new vacuum per the instructions and this time AFTER JUST ONE USE (!) I'm having the exact same problem with the replacement. The vacuum won't maintain power. This time I'm done. I'm not even going to attempt to contact customer service. Instead I'll chalk it up to a bad product and check out similar items from other brands. I must admit it's a bummer. I've had positive experiences with Bissell products up until now, but this vacuum is a total dud.

The Best at Picking up Pet Hair!
Fantastic hand-held vacuum that really picks up the pet hair. My pets shed a lot so I pretty much vacuum every day. Nice design, easy to use, charges quickly, low noise, and VERY effective!

Lasted for 2 Years
Lasted for about 2 years. Kind of what I expected from a hand vac like this at this price point and how things are made these days. Worked well when I had it. Have two cats and frequently used to vacuum my couch and stairs. One thing that I wish was nicer was the charging speed. It always seemed to take a while and then not last too long.
