these are not for beating up, its compression underwear not construction pants
i love these compression leggings, they help push fat into areas of my legs so when i workout i am burning fat more efficiently and it shapes the muscles in my legs better. not sure how other people are putting holes in these things, i wear them as underwear then put pants on. great mens leggings. 5 stars, recommended.
