This is a good nasal spray which consists mainly of xylitol. Which is a good sugar, which feeds good bacteria and starves bad bacteria. It also pulls water to itself. I’ve been using it twice a day for several months and like the way it makes my nose feel moisturized. Without being too runny. I use one squirt in each nostril twice daily and then lay down for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the spray to absorb and do its work. I like that the spray has the dual purpose of helping with my allergies and helping my nasal flora be the best it can be.

I have minor allergies and have found this product to be quite helpful. Other then a slight sting when first spraying it in I have found no negative reactions to it. There is a sweet taste left behind as it drains into the back of the throat. Will definitely buy this product again. As a sidenote: I purchased this 09/21 and the expiration date is 03/24.
