This little thing is great. It allows me to make perfect matching components for my jewelry. It arrived with a rudimentary instructions page, that actually provides some wonderful tips. This was a GREAT price, given that I've seen it for double the price elsewhere. Arrived very quickly and it was factory sealed. I was able to use the clear plastic tubing to 'lock' the pegs in place. Wonderful!!

I've created my first small wire project using their template.First, my thing a ma jig did come with little rubber feet and there was no problem with pegs slipping out. I do wish the templates were transparent, as it would be easier to transfer the pegs. I think I will print some out on translucent paper. I hope the little rubber feet for the pegs are replaceable because they are tiny and wil undoubtedy slowly get lost. But I have no other complaints. The board itself is nice and heavy, a good size, and all the pegs fit into the holes with no problem. For any one just starting out in jewelry making like I am, this is a less expensive way of finding out if this hobby is for you.I CHANGED THIS TO 5 STAR because I now have another use for it. You've seen thos EZ knotter boards? well, secure a small peg on your thing a ma jig, and use the holes as measurement guides and you've got a great litle knotter!

The quality is good, even though the feet kept falling out until I glued them on. The plastic backs of the pins are inconsistent in size. Some are too big, some fit fine and some are very tight, to the point here I have to use pliers to pry them off sometimes ruining them in the process. But in using the jig, I've found that the tighter the back the better. I haven't had a problem with the pins not fitting. I've found it helpful to use thin, cheap wire first to practice before I use my expensive sterling wire. That way I can also figure out what lengths to use with minimum wastage. I use the jig for making earrings but it takes some practice getting used to it. I honestly thought it would be easier to use. I find it hard to keep the pins exactly in place while bending and then sometimes the base lifts up and it feels like I need ten extra fingers to hold down wire, pins, base in place while also bending. I think if the pins stayed in better without jiggling around and the base was heavier it would be a much better product. But as it, it is still useful, especially when it come to making consistent pieces.

This is a great little jig. I use it regularly for my jewelry making. Always provides consistent results and allows me to make matching repeatable designs with my own ideas. Would recommend for anyone who needs repeatable results quickly and consistently.

High quality & got here quick. I recommend going on YouTube & looking up how to use because there are many many different ways to make designs. I love that it comes with a great instruction pamphlet as well.

Putting the plastic sleeves on the pegs are hard not to mention too long to sit /he jig flat so you wind up having to hold it. Sleeves are also hard to get off.

Having a blast making different shapes that will work. And some that don't work. The twisting of wire & what can be done with it after the effect is achieved is the most interesting part. Make sure to but wire to play with before investing is the expensive stuff. Then drawn on the practice sheet that may be copied. I had some designs that were impracticable, but it was fun trying.

Love the fact that it’s metal, good quality, heavy so won’t move around while using it! A great addition to my jewellery business.

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine negativen Rezensionen, aber in diesem Fall bin ich schwer enttäuscht, weil die Verarbeitung billig ist und das Produkt vom Hersteller wohl nie getestet wurde.Die Plastfüße waren bereits beim Auspacken nicht dran. Die Metallpins sitzen extrem locker und deren Größe variiert, sodass das erstellen eines gleichmäßigen Designs nicht möglich ist. Die Plastik-Pins sind vielleicht zum Fixieren da, aber viel zu lang, sodass das Brett nicht gerade aufliegt.Für mich absolut unbrauchbar, schwer zu bedienen und schlecht verarbeitet. Da vergeht mir die Freude. Wenn ich Zeit und Lust hätte, könnte ich es wahrscheinlich ein paar Adaptierungen vornehmen, um eine Kompromisslösung zu finden. Für mich wird das Produkt leider zurückgehen und ich freue mich über Empfehlungen anderer Hersteller, weil ich das Konzept grundsätzlich super finde.
