They are not cheap, and you definitely feel the cost when you put them in the basket, but once you have them on hand you realise why people rate them. The gel cools the skin straight away and takes the sting out faster than anything else I have used. The sachets are small enough to fit anywhere and they do not bulk out the kit, which is ideal for the car. They store well, the seals are solid and they have a decent shelf life so you are not buying something that goes out of date in a year. Hopefully I never need to use them, but for burns and scalds these are miles better than faffing around with cold water on the move. Expensive, yes, but worth having when you need them.

Essential for first aid emergency.
These sachets are an excellent addition to your first aid box. We were fortunate to have 2 sachets in our first aid box last Friday, when our 3 year old toddler was accidentally burnt by a toasted marshmallow, the burn was washed cooled and treated by the gel. The sting went instantly. I recommend these.

Very effective on minor burns.
Second time purchasing this stuff, it's great, sure takes the sting out of minor burns. I always make sure I have some as I'm so accident prone. Lol.
