HERMES PRESS PHANTOM BOOKS ARE CLASSIC AND EXPENSIVE
I am pleasantly surprised by the very good quality of this collection and Amazon deserves congratulations for delivering it very fast, in perfect condition. This collection revolves around the year 1968-1969 and actually reflects the spirit of the swinging sixties. The beautiful Diana and her Phantom lover quickly bowls you over and the art is simply world class. This collection contains some of the best stories I have come across in a Phantom comics, since my childhood and the brilliant artwork adds to the charm of these comics. There are more comics of Phantom than Tintin and Asterix put together. However, the Comics hero created by Lee Falk rarely visited India even though Tintin and Asterix enjoyed their travels in this ancient land of ours.Recently I have read some Phantom Comics, where THE Ghost Who Walks indeed visited our Country in connection with education for his son"Kit", and I hope Mr. Walker will go for a detailed itinerary in this subcontinent.I immensely enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to more such adventures, in such classical Bound volumes.I shall sum it up by saying that this Comics collection has been the best of the Summer of 2021.
