Item was not as described! I ordered because it was to have durable "aluminum barrel" and received product in different box and was "plastic barrel" manufacture. I simultaneously had bought that product(plastic) for a much lower price. They state that Return Is Not Allowed! VERY Disappointed in their Sales tactic.

Did not receive Sharpie Pro item. Received regular sharpies with a sticker that says sharpie pro. Item is ineligible for return.

Case of 12 dozens? Makes it sound like an actual case of 12 boxes instead of a pack of 12 markers. Misleading and way overpriced. Do not buy from this seller! 60 bucks for 12 markers?
